I had to pay £12 to return my purchases there was no free return delievery service, this is very poor! I would like my money back!

No dispatch email, no tracking. Poor communication, time between recieving item from when ordering is far inferior to competitors.

Online is fine, but I went in store and the staff told me they could not order me n item in, even though I do this often? I told them this and then they tell me on we can but it would be quicker to order online as it could take 10 days to arrive to the store ? I presume like most retail shops they will get deliverys every other day. Just lazy staff who couldn't be botherd to help anybody. Stock levels in store were poor and the sale discount was very poor compared to other stored online. Not a great experience from a shop that was once great and with a great sale.

Web site experience is ok. However, the delivery provider "Yodel" are very disappointing! Ordered a week ago and paid £6 for the delivery and still waiting. No updates from either Cruise fashion or Yodel on the delivery date and the on line tracking had not provided any updates for 3 days!!! Never again????

I purchased a pair of jeans and on the description it said regular size jeans but when I received them they were skinny jeans I am not happy I had to pay extra fees to get these jeans because I live in the USA because of your mistake they don't fit me. And I sent 2 emails to you and never had a respond horrible service!!!

Charge £5.99 for delivery and then use a third rate service: Yodel. Very different from the experience of other luxury online retailers like Matches or Net A Porter. Dress folded up into a zipped bag, others would deliver on a hanger in a suit carrier. Also charges the customer for returns, shocking. And to top it all sent out a dress with make up stains all over the neck.

I ordered my I team over a week ago it is advising it's with the courier I have tried on several occasions to call and text the driver as advised but no reply. Your customer service are also trying to contact Yodel but I haven't heard back from then as yet this is a Birthday present!

I was disappointed that I never received the promotional vouchers despite the offer still being advertised on a voucher code site, the customer service advisor told me that it shouldn't have been advertised! I then asked could the 20%friends and family offer be applied, I was told I would need to send my items back and re order them to get the discount. I just feel the customer service I have reviewed has been very poor thanks

I ordered three items and one arrived faulty and the two other items were fine but one was the wrong size. Despite one item being faulty I had to pay for the return costing £8.50. That was over a week ago and I have still not received replacement items or indeed u correspondence from company. One unhappy customer!

Bought a pair of Micheal Kors boots as a present. Came in good time but how ever when I opened the box I had two different boots ! After waiting. On hold for 25 minutes I was told that the only way I could be guaranteed I would in fact receive the correct purchase was to reorder another pair whilst sending the two odd boots back for a refund as they could not keep me a pair back even though my purchase was not fulfilled!! This is really poor costumer service ! I have re ordered the pair as was a really good price and did not want to miss out now I need to wait up to 7 days + around 5 days for my full refund of 215 leading up to Christmas ! Cruise used to have a really good costumer service but this has put me off buying from them again Martyn Savage

Very disappointed jumper arrived with a hole in it packaging very poor no telephone number to call and no reply to my email. This was a present so not happy still have not heard from you?

Have had a terrible experience with cruise online. Still awaiting a parcel I have not recieved. Have paid for it not recieved it and now it takes 14 days for an investigation and by the looks of it I won't have my order for Christmas. Would never ever order from this website again, caused me a lot of stress and without the Christmas presents I ordered.

Everytime I attempt to order something I receive an email saying the order has been cancelled as I need to prove my identification due to the large sum. This is ridiculous! The credit card company allows the transaction therefore you should too. I am not trying to get finance on a vehicle or something! I just want a few jackets for christmas. Over the last 6 month I have been rejected for about 5000 worth of clothes. I am sick of it and will not be shopping with cruise anymore. I would rather miss out on the offers and go to harrods/triads etc where they do not subject customers to feeling like a fraudulent criminal having to prove their identity. Also, how on earth do you expect your customers to send you all of the information you request? Particularly ones such as me who work away from home? Even if I was able to get bank statements from home etc and access to a scanner all within 24 hours, why would any person wish to send all of their information to an unknown person in order to purchase clothes in cash? I personally think your company needs to take a good look at this as I am not the only person to have been rejected and went elsewhere. Losing a lot of custom.

Hi I have been buying from cruise for nearly 25 years and on this last purchase it will be the last I ordered £1700 worth of clothes and in This order was a pair of Hugo boss white trainers size 7 On opening them they were clearly marked and had been worn .i contacted cruise straight away with my dissatisfaction and sent photos to confirm my disappointment at the item received . After a few days I received a reply asking me to send more proof of the worn Hugo boss size 7s (to me this was very annoying as if I was being accused of marking them ) I had searched long and high to get these trainers and on opening them was rather annoyed at them being worn and marked . A few more days had passed when I got a reply to say that it was getting sent to another department for discount .no where did I ask for any discount all I was asking was a new replacement sent to me and for cruise to pay the return postage for your faulty worn item . Today I have received a discount offer of 10% in which personally I think is rather insulting and on this matter I'm returning all £1700 worth back to youse for youse to keep and I will never spend another penny with cruise ever again due to the way this has been handled with yourselfs and lets just say am far from happy . I think your 10% reduction on the boss size 7 trainers is a insult considering these have been worn ,marked and the time it's taken youse to get to that decision is a joke . Not alone that youse are offering many other designer brands not faulty not damaged at 30% and these brands are more an expensive range than boss it will cost cruise more for the return postage for the trainers to be sent back to youse than your measly 10% youse have offered . So for your measly 10% youse have lost a valued loyal customer and a£1700 sale . Best regards L Kennedy .
