Think it's a disgrace you's charge for delivery and returns as the sizes were not as they were displayed on the cruise website very disappointed I had to pay £6.00 delivery then £6.50 for the return of my 2 items so that £12.50!for something that doesn't even fit not happy customer and will not be shopping again on this website we couldn't even return to the shop which wouldn't have been so bad also no customer service landline for any help whatsoever very disappointed in this service.

Wrong size twice, ordered size 6 shoes and was given size 7 shoes in a size 6 shoebox

Think it's a disgrace you cannot return items to store that you bought online, your deliver charge is also a joke as it cost me £3.30 to return the item yet your charging £6 for deliver. Wouldn't be purchasing anything from your company again

I have still not recieved my order , Yodel are the worst courier service in Britian and if i knew you were using them i would have shopped elsewhere

After receiving my order I realised that the bottoms for my jogger suit weren't there when I contacted cruise it took 2 days to reply I was so unhappy I decided to send the only half of the jogging suit I received for a refund, I then had to take a day off work to send it back as I work long hours and there's no post offices near me after telling a member of customer service this she didn't have another option for me, so in the future I think I'll leave ordering online from your store!

Ordered a hugo boss tuxedo online. The tuxedo was fine but the packaging was absolutely disgusting!!!! It arrived in a black bag like a bin liner and the tuxedo was just folded away in there. Have some respect for customers. It was a £450 item. So make up your own mind people.

Very poor and terrible customer service! i was given a product that was faulty. I have written tons of emails in order to get my refund. And now, they want me to be responsible for paying the custom fee for an item that was faulty. Such a disappointment. Never again, i will order from Cruise Fashion.

Buy a £150 shirt and I have to pay £6 postage, the shirt does not fit so I have to pay £6 to send it back.

Tried to cancel order few minutes after it was placed very poor communication I also sent item back next day recorded delivery and iv not had any confirmation as of yet if it was received but I have my receipt from postage company as proof would not recommend to anyone to order online at cruise much easier and pleasant at store/

I have not received my item and the customer service has not been helpful at all, I have been told 3 times that they are going to contact yodel then get back to me and this has yet to be done , I would like a full refund if This item hasn't reached me by Friday , my order number is 18662683

I ordered some clothing items 11 days ago and have still not received them. I shop online regularly with different retailers and will absolutely not be shopping with cruise again. A six pound delivery charge is far above what other online retailers charge and for that I would expect to actually receive my delivery within 3-5working days! This is also out of line with other retailers who offer collect services at local stores and faster delivery for less money! Yodel, the courier company you have chosen to ally yourselves with, are utterly shambolic. They claim to have attempted delivery of my parcel but nothing was received. And since then there has been no way of tracking my parcel or rearranging delivery. I expected to have the items I ordered prior to an event over the weekend but as it has now been 11 days since I placed my order that has long since passed. I am really very angry at the service you are providing. It is not fit for purpose and not what I would expect from such a large company. I will be passing this on to friends and family and advising them to refrain from shopping here in future if this is the service we are to expect. I would hope to see some sort of apology made regarding this. The only thing I would say that was positive was that Olivia on your customer services team was lovely to deal with and very helpful. I was very disappointed I ordered a handbag and two mens items. It said that they were all in stock. I checked with an email agent they also said yes it's in stock. So my money was tied into the payment awaiting cruises warehouse staff. Well I was excited about my bag when ten days later they email me to say it is now not in stock. I just couldn't understand or beleieve what was happening. The bag was my anniversary present so I ended up with nothing. Why isn't a stock selection set up on system so this cannot happen??? Bad on cruise. Also they take too many orders that they cannot get out on time. Very dissapointed. Also they have yet to deliver my final item or refund the money

Visited the shop in glasgow on a warm sunday afternoon spent 15 mins walking around looking for gucci trainers tried to get a member of staffs attenstion 3 times by saying excuse me no answer too busy folding clothes, decided to leave as the staff were so unhelpfull. On the way out the manager was abrupt to us, decided to order online to avoid the rudeness of the staff. 6 days later still no trainers arrived find out there is a delay at the wearhouse. Not happy at all next time ill take my £300 else where!

It turned out that the bag was used and there was clear mark on the bag, so I sent it back immediately. So disappointed and I won't be shopping with them any more.

Postage is way too high!!! Also items can be found a lot cheaper on other sites (flannels and Harvey nicks) I believe they mark up items

Absolute disgrace. Ordered item on 05th August. Played £146 in total including delivery. Item did not arrive 10 days later. I called to be informed item would be dispatched next day. It was not. Had to call again for refund on postage. Due to delay in dispatch I had to purchase replacement item as my item was school shoes and my boy started school prior to receiving item. Asked for compensation. Was told not a chance. Very poor service. Not even a hint of remorse or explanation about late delivery until I called. Will neveruse cruise again.

this is the second time Ive tried to order fro Cruise and both times the shoes have come in damaged. The customer service each time has been horrible . Their responces have shown they dont read your emails carefully or really care. The first time I had to have the credit Card Company dispute and credit back the charge and this time it appears to be going in this direction as well. Please do not put yourself through this by doing business with this company. I am an idiot for giving them a second chance
