I ordered a few items for my husbands birthday. They were not dispatched until 2 weeks later, even though it estimates 2-5 days. When I contacted customer services they were less than helpful, saying there are sometimes delays and they were waiting for items from another warehouse, but miraculously within 12 hours from hearing from customer services the items had been despatched. There was no real apology for the delay, just seemed like generic response/excuse. Will be reluctant to use cruise again and will be returning the items.

If there was zero stars I would have gone for that. Firstly I ordered the clothes in plenty of time for my holiday, cruise reference number CRUS40000017522043. It appears that the order was misplaced for 5 days before it was finally dispatched. I chased it several times. I therefore only received the clothes 15 minutes before I had to check in for my flight and therefore could not try the clothes on. When I did on holiday, I found that three or four of the polo shirts were dirty (they had black marks on them which were rather obvious on the white ones - I will have to wash before wearing). In addition, the colour of the Paul Smith jumper is nothing like the picture on the Internet (I need some knit wear for my holiday so I have kept it as I will be returning the Vivienne Westwood one ). I was most displeased as these were my clothes for my holiday and I was relying on them being clean and as advertised. I will now have to go shopping for replacements which is a bit inconvenient as I have a busy schedule. I will be returning the Paul Smith shoes, the Vivienne Westwood jumper, the DKNY trousers, the Versace polo shirt and the white Boss polo shirt on my return from my holiday on 10 August. Together with the fact a pair of Boss trousers were cancelled this has been an unmitigated disaster. I would expect a better service to someone who spends £2,000 on clothes. I trust there will be no problems with the returns. Regards Erlend Smith

Stay away, this is nothing else but fraud! I ordered for almost three weeks ago and they haven't sent me anything except misdirections. The only thing they have done is taking my money.

my Order date/time 4th Jul 2015 17:29 and Order number is 4629224 , due to my student accommodation reception open time only Monday to Friday 10:00-2:00 Pm.My parcel has been return to your company.r then i sent my new address?and i sent a lots of email but nobody answer me.

I purchased these trainers while I was on holiday , giving me something to look forward to returning to uk , the trainers looked slightly different from the picture on the website, but apart from that I was happy .. I've used the trainers 2/3 times for simple walking nothing intense .. And now the stitching at the lower part of the tongue seems to be faulty , I will be contacting yourself in the morning with regards to getting a new pair

I sent an e.mail to cancel my order as you failed the delivery agreement 3-5 days. I was traveling on vacation 7 days after my order was placed and your system showed you still had not despatched my product & I explained no one would be there to except the package. On my return today I checked my e.mail and cruise said they could not stop the order going out & I should contact Yodel. I don't think that I should be doing this as you deal with them not me. As I have no knowledge of where this order is I would be obliged if you could return my money to my account, as I explained above, Cruise did not meet the agreement.

On my very first order i received 2 Ralph Lauren Polo's which totalled £108, and one of them had a hole in it and the other one you sent the wrong colour, so I was very disappointed with the service probably the worst service I ever received.

Sent damaged goods returned for refund then told its being exchanged. Not first time and customer service don't answer Did send email to apologies and refund postage Never had a good expierence of shopping with this company.

Poor service paid £6 for my item to be delivered for a day brides I wanted to wear my new top I bought and it didn't come in time and all I got from cruise was it was delayed and never got any explanation why it was delayed and I never got anything to say sorry for your poor service

I Will not shop with cruise online again. I went to return my shoes to the shop they where rude and unhelpful. I then had to post them back and I am still waiting on my refund. I will take all future custome to Harvey Nicole's

The Jacket had been sent out with buttons missing on several different places, it appears not quality checks had taken place.

I placed an order for over £2,000 worth of Gucci bags. They arrived in a jumble in a black plastic bag, some in dust covers, some without. I had to pay for delivery and then pay again to return them. The order took over a week to arrive. By contrast the order from Gucci itself came within a few days, beautifully packaged in dust covers and boxes and I did not have to pay for delivery or returns. I will not be ordering from Cruise again.

Great coat but terrible shipoing. Waited in a full day when they said it would be delivered. It didnt appear and all the online tracking info said was that it was returned to the depot and would be delivered the following day. Again, I waited in all day and it got deluvered at 2045 hours!!!!

This was a horrendous experience. I will absolutely not be shopping at Cruise again and would heavily discourage others from shopping there too. I ordered a dress online, after almost two weeks of no updates, I emailed requesting an update to be told my item had been flagged up for quality control as it had 'slight dust marks' and if I were happy to accept I would receive 10% off or I could return the item. Upon receiving the item, it is not at all as described - the 'slight dust marks' were in fact heavy make up stains and there was a rip above the zip. I emailed advising of this and that I would be returning as was totally unsatisfactory and the response was not helpful and very much trying to shift the blame. I will never shop at Cruise again and as previous stated, would heavily discourage anyone else from.

I was horrified to recieve my item (£300 pair of shoes) in a completely destroyed box & in a material cruise bag with a hole in it. I then phoned customer services and had to plead with them to help me to which they eventually did. Will never purchase from cruise again. Terrible service.
