Shocking delivery time .. Waited over 2 weeks for my item and still waiting for my refund ..... On the plus side they did refund my delivery charge ..... Not impressed

Staff took four attempts to answer a simple question - "can I have my goods delivered to a Cruise store".

The fact you cant return online goods instore is shocking, especially when you pay £6 for delivery and then have to pay the postage for returns. Must be the only shop that operates on this basis.

Ordered two items in the sale after nearly a week of waiting got an Email to say one of them was out of stock now everyone else has sold out of what I wanted and I could have easily bought the samething elsewhere.Sort your site out this day and age it you don't have it in stock don't show it as in stock.Sent the one item back what did arrive.Been nearly 2 weeks still no refund.In the meantime ive ordered things from Italy and Germany and they both arrived quicker than this order so if you want a new outfit for New Years Eve 2015 order now should just arrive in time

Worst online company I have ever dealt with. Delivery took forever and my emails were not replied to for ages! Awful experience.

Delivery was suppose to be within 6 days however it took nearly 2 weeks. I ordered a vivienne westwood neckless but was sent earings. When I went to re-order this item it was no longer available. Luckely someone bought the earings off me, this saved me the hassel of sending them back and waiting for the money to be returned to my account. The delivery charge of £6 is extortionate especially when you wait 2 weeks and recieve the wrong item. :(

I'm disgusted and won't use you again I ordered a gift to be delivered on 18th June which didn't arrive until 25th but was on sale on the 19th . I've repeatedly sent emails and haven't had a reply . I think it's disgusting how you treat people

Tried to buy the trainers in Aberdeen store but nobody was interested to help or serve me so had to buy online and get charged £6 delivery

Not really in relation to the processing of my order but having made two purchases totalling over £500 over the last two weeks (most recent was yesterday) I received an email offering an extra 10% off. As a loyal customer that also shops regularly in your stores it sticks in the throat that when I contacted your customer services to cancel the order to try to get the additional discount they advised that I would need to wait to receive the goods and then return them (which will cost). Not very happy, I think I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

Very upset with this company as I spent over a £100 on armani trainers only for them to turn up worn out!! I'm still waiting for my refund now! My advice do not use this website!!!

Spent £700 on two items this month / last month and have shopped in Cruise for many years. Will never be spending another penny with them again due to the very poor service with these two items. (Canada Goose jacket paid for at Edinburgh store to get posted to me and Y3 trainers ordered on line)

The initial ordering / delivery was hassle free without issue. However, the day my order arrived Cruise decided to launch a sale which included 30% off the items I had just received. I contacted customer service to see if they would accomodate me. I explained that I could return my original items for a full price refund whilst ordering the same items during the sale. I asked that to save and any hassle with returns and an additional order, would they be willing to refund the difference. I was informed that this wasn't possible. I believe in this instance that they could have offered a refund and this was extremely poor customer service. It would have been fair enough if I had had the items for a week or two, but they arrived on the day of the sale and weren't even out of their packaging. I was a loyal customer of Cruise, online and in store. I'm not so sure I will be in the future.

I had deal with cruise before purchase that they gona refund me duties tax because i am non eu non uk costumer and send them 2 mails and not refund not answer, wont buy again

I was at the store in Glasgow and enquired about trainers. Was advised to come back the following day as they were not released yet. Returned the following day and was advised that the store are not allowed to sell these specific trainers and I would need to order online. I purchased the pair of trainers online and it was apparent that one of the trainers had already been worn when they were delivered. It was obvious due to the dirt on the sole of the trainers. As I needed these trainers, I chose to ignore that one of the trainers had already been worn. Won't be purchasing from this store ever again.

I recently order a paid of trainers that I paid £300 for, and haven't received. According to cruise these have been signed for by myself, not sure how considering I don't have them. I got in contact with cruise who have not done much to help resolve this issue, not offered to resend or to refund any money to me and that they couldn't help me any further and to seek advice elsewhere. Disgusting service, they have £300 of my money and I have no trainers!!!!!

Got my trainers delivered and the box looked like it had been chewed by a dog and it had been Sellotaped together for a quick fix the dust bag was dirty the trainers were clearly worn and now been told takes up to 4weeks for a refund
