The initial ordering / delivery was hassle free without issue. However, the day my order arrived Cruise decided to launch a sale which included 30% off the items I had just received. I contacted customer service to see if they would accomodate me. I explained that I could return my original items for a full price refund whilst ordering the same items during the sale. I asked that to save and any hassle with returns and an additional order, would they be willing to refund the difference. I was informed that this wasn't possible. I believe in this instance that they could have offered a refund and this was extremely poor customer service. It would have been fair enough if I had had the items for a week or two, but they arrived on the day of the sale and weren't even out of their packaging. I was a loyal customer of Cruise, online and in store. I'm not so sure I will be in the future.

I had deal with cruise before purchase that they gona refund me duties tax because i am non eu non uk costumer and send them 2 mails and not refund not answer, wont buy again

I was at the store in Glasgow and enquired about trainers. Was advised to come back the following day as they were not released yet. Returned the following day and was advised that the store are not allowed to sell these specific trainers and I would need to order online. I purchased the pair of trainers online and it was apparent that one of the trainers had already been worn when they were delivered. It was obvious due to the dirt on the sole of the trainers. As I needed these trainers, I chose to ignore that one of the trainers had already been worn. Won't be purchasing from this store ever again.

I recently order a paid of trainers that I paid £300 for, and haven't received. According to cruise these have been signed for by myself, not sure how considering I don't have them. I got in contact with cruise who have not done much to help resolve this issue, not offered to resend or to refund any money to me and that they couldn't help me any further and to seek advice elsewhere. Disgusting service, they have £300 of my money and I have no trainers!!!!!

Got my trainers delivered and the box looked like it had been chewed by a dog and it had been Sellotaped together for a quick fix the dust bag was dirty the trainers were clearly worn and now been told takes up to 4weeks for a refund

I bought a pair of boots for my girlfriend for her birthday. When they arrived we inspected the boots and discovered that the boots had been previously worn. There was scuff marks on the soles the leather was cracked and the insoles were danmaged with nail marks. The box the boots arrived in was not the correct box for these boots. I Paid £140 for these boots from an high end fashion retailer I expect the service and products much better than this. I will be writing a letter of complaint.

The 2 girls I spoke to on the phone at customer service are the only positive in this company, they were as helpful as they could be. Other than that, the company is awful.

You'd be hard pushed to find a more appalling level of customer service anywhere on the planet, than with Cruise. My 4th attempt at purchasing from them (The previous 3 times they immediately took monies from my account for items that were out of stock), on this occasion I cancelled the item pre shipping, however three weeks on I am still without my refund, and not did I receive the item I purchased. Eventual emails from Cruise were cavalier in tone, and uninterested in my experience with them. I would wager any amount of money this company will be obsolete within 2-3 years, there are simply too many other companies doing what Cruise do, any awful lot better.

Very poor was promised free delivery and then my order was cancelled and when I reordered no free delivery also very slow at processing orders PLEASE AVOID

I received a completely different T-shirt to the one I ordered. Completely inkompetente!!! A massive disappointment as I was planning to take the T-shirt on holiday this will be the last time I ever purchase anything from Cruise or any companies related to Cruise.

I have tried to buy a number of sale items from Cruise outlet and continually fail to receive these. Buying an item then being told sometimes a week later that this item is out of stock is unacceptable, especially when you have bought a suit for a wedding etc. Upon making an order I received no order confirmation email, and now have no trust in shopping within Cruise. I doubt I'll shop here again regardless of the low prices.

I purchased my order over 10 days ago now and have yet to receive it. Your courier Yodel have failed to update their system and cannot offer me an answer to where my delivery is. I find this totally unacceptable, Yodel have shown a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy their attitude has been nothing short of disgraceful

Ordered a pair Jimmy choo sandles for my wedding sent me ex displays that were all marks it took for me to make complaint with trading standards for you to swap them then when I went into swap them at Ingram street glasgow not even apology of manager really bad attitude my family and myself shop a lot in your store and I wouldnt step foot in it now you are a disgrace for a company

I have not received my item and the courier advised only the paperwork was sent. When I tried to find out what was going on I went on customer service line hold for 25 minutes - ended up hanging up as it costs a lot. Then receive an email advising they will look into it, still not received my product!

I had 4 out of 5 items cancelled 'due to the stock not exsisting' Bassically, waited 4 days before I even found that out! nothing was done, and eventually after 3/4 moaning emails, said I can have free postage for 1 item in the future.. it I decide to shop there again , shopping in store is great, but id advise not shopping on the website

The reason I am giving one star to Cruise is not because of their service but the service of the courier they use - Yodel. After claiming they were delivering each day and many attempts of trying to reschedule I had to collect my parcel myself from the depot. Paying £6 for standard delivery which was unsuccessful and then travelling 16 miles to and fro the depot was not what I had expected. For such a high end store Cruise really should think of a better delivery service.
