I ordered 2 items from Cruise, one was found to not be in stock, the other item was delivered with a fault. I contacted Cruise to 'attempt' to arrange successful possession of at least part of my order by requesting an identical replacement piece be made available for dispatch upon receiving the faulty return. I was told in an email reply that holding items was not possible and that 8 pieces in that size were available. One day later, having received the item returned, Cruise emailed me with confirmation of receipt and confirmation that there were no longer any replacements available. To say i am disappointed, once again, with Cruise's customer services is an understatement; i have no doubt that the Cruise customer service staff do their best and Bethan who contacted me in response to my request was polite and provided me with the details described above, but Cruise customer service policy is clearly a limited to industry lip service, all the right noises are made but there really isn't any sincerity, on previous occasions my emails have been completely ignored. Perhaps Cruise are too big to give a damn.

I have sent several emails in the last 2 weeks regarding a refund from an order Flan40000014908967 and I've still got no reply when my tracking number says the product was received back on the 23rd of March.I'll be going futher about this issue if not replied to soon.

I am deeply upset with the overall service from Cruise Fashion. Being a regular customer and regularly visiting stores in Derby and Leicester, the service from the online team has been dreadful. It was just a simply quarry which lead on to become a huge issue. I would receive template responses from customer service and it was so obvious the concerns raised had not been assessed or investigated. I continue to reply to the e-mails I would receive and as always, I would receive a template e-mail simply offering an apology and nothing more. I called through to customer service a number of times, and after being on hold for almost 45 minutes, I was forced to put the phone down. When I was able to get through to Customer Service, the advisor would try and hurry me along, taking very little interest in my concern and almost dismissing the issue at hand. I would have a different advisors retuning my e-mail and it was clear they had no idea what the issue was or what was said in past e-mails. There was no personal service at all. Advisors such as Fatima Ali who I spoke to over the phone just kept talking over me, showed no interest or concern regarding the quarry or the fact that I had been waiting for a lengthy period of time. I felt she was just logging and flogging my concerns, and trying to rush through as many calls as possible. After several e-mail and calls, I finally managed to speak with Angela Cunningham who managed to resolve my issue and provide respectable service. But by this point it was too little too late to be frank. Although I appreciate everything Angela had to offer and this service should have been provided much sooner.

Ordered Y3 trainers costing £180. When received were in a blank shoebox and opened to discovered black marks on the trainers, creases and dirty souls so they had obviously been worn. Sent an email to complain and the only response I received was 'I am sorry to hear that the items were unsuitable' which is absolutely ridiculous. Went to return the trainers only to discover that online items cannot be returned to stores and to return these would be at my own cost. They sent me worn trainers and I have to fork out to return them to get my money back?! Very disappointing and will not be using again.

I had my delivery a few days after my order, it came packed in a bag, folded and creased, also came on a trouser hanger, different name on the hanger, i mean you buy a HUGO BOSS suit, and its delivered as if it was an ordinary TOP MAN SUIT, very disappointed, as i did’nt even get my refund for return postage? i wrote an email to complain with no response? Will not be surfing this website for sure, and i like buying clothes so its a shame to have such a big name company who cant even deliver there goods in a proper manner.

This was my first time shopping at cruise. In purchased a beaded dress which came promptly and in fantastic packaging BUT the beads were falling off the dress. It should have not been dispatched at all. I fully appreciate it was in a sale but it was clear and evident that it was not merchantable quality, faulty (sale of goods act section 12). Very, very disappointed as I wanted it for a wedding. Would I use cruise again....let's see how quickly I get a refund.

I ordered a bag and paid for so called next day delivery. The parcel did not arrive until over a week later, if you are going to advertise your delivery as next day then customers will expect it to arrive within a few days not over a week later, very unhappy with the service provided.

A very poor customer service. Took 4 days to tell me an item was out of stock tried to cancel remainder of order and was told this had been done. No goods sent out but still took my money. Now two weeks after order was submitted I now have to raise a dispute through paypal as cruise will not refund me and say I have to go through paypal. This company seem to have no customer service when things go wrong. They start to ignore emails as I sent 1 a day for 7 days and they only responded when I mentioned paypal and the response was okay claim through paypal. No offer of a refund or trying to help. Cruise yes but unfortunately its on the titanic. Absolute disaster.

i placed an order and evrything was great then i got a email 3 days later saying 1 item was out of stock then next day i got another email saying something else was out of stock and the next day so 7 days after i order 8 items i was down to 5 and it was a further 4 days later i recieved the good very disapointted

On the website product came up as being brown but on delivery was Kwaki green. Very disappointed as I trusted cruise before. Won't be shopping again

You have to be kidding asking for this feedback .....an absolute joke of a company avoid at all costs customer care is useless .....unable to get my parcel from collect+ shop due to cock up by cruise ....no reply from emails and no contact number .....all in all I would never dream of using this company again ......

Excellent choice of clothing and some good deals on site however the delivery time experienced takes the shine off all positive points mentioned. To wait 8 days on clothing being delivered to your door is unacceptable. Luckily enough for me on this occasion i wasn't in any hurry to receive the items but I will certainly think twice at times when I am.
