Bought trousers and wasn't told out of stock for 3 days , then despatched a pair of socks for 6 pounds delivery which was meant to be next day but took 4

The bag I received is faulty, cannot close the magnetic flap, also found scratches at the back of the bag. E-mailed customer service for full refund including postage, still haven't heard anything back yet. Cannot believe your website will sell bags with this kind of quality for such a high price. Completely not satisfied.

Sent totally different shirt to the one I ordered and then I'm expected to pay for the pleasure of returning it due to Cruise's incompetence

The fact that I am being asked by Cruise to write a review of my experience with them when I am still waiting for the item I ordered to arrive speaks volumes!! If you are reading this at Cruise, can I please get the shoes I ordered and paid for a week ago please?

in one word, dreadful. Of the five items only one item was in stock! Cruise need to have better idea of stock levels for a better level of customer service. Your competition do this much better. I won't be shopping with Cruise again.

I made two orders recently. The first was an order of approx 40 items totaling approx GBP 500. The latter for two items totaling GBP 160. When I made both orders, all items were in stock according to the website. The orders also coincided with the start of the further reductions across the site suggesting that it was just before sales increased as a result of the reductions. Whilst I received the second package of two items, and I had received confirmation of my first order in full, I did not receive the first order. I received a number of emails the following week informing me as various items from my order were going out of stock, but still no delivery. I tried contacting Cruise through the website to find out what was going on. No response. I tried through facebook where I eventually received a response only to be told that it had been referred back to the website. I then eventually received an email telling me my order had gone through to dispatch minus half of the items I had originally ordered. Then a day later I received an email saying my entire order had been cancelled because Cruise had failed to take the funds from my account. What a disgrace. I have ordered many times from Cruise before and have generally been happy, although trying to contact your Customer Services Department is impossible. And now I had my entire order cancelled through Cruise's incompetence. I have also previously publicised the good prices on Cruise but alas I do not think I will be doing this again. A very poor experience.

I usually don't leave reviews even if it is a bad one but on this occasion I feel as if I have to. I made an order and nowhere on the delivery details did I see that you had to wait 3-5 days before delivery is dispatched, I only saw 3-5 days for delivery which I paid for, so I was more than dissapointed when I my order didn't get dispatched until 7 days later, after several emails I made to enquir what was going on. Within the space of time from ordering to actually receiving my order I ended up going to the glasgow city centre shop and bought it from there. I have sent my order from the website back and now waiting on a refund of the item & the delivery charge.

Just awful, where do I start. Ordered a jacket and arrived 8 days later. Security tag still attached and wrong colour. Been emailing customer services but have been really unhelpful. Took jacket to local store but couldn't remove it. Was reluctant to return item at more cost to myself in delivery fees. Had my two latest emails to customer services ignored when asking about arranging collect plus. So my only option is to return the wrong coloured item at my own expense overall costing me around 20 pounds in delivery fees. Never again.

I sent an email last Wednesday to say that a y3 polo shirt I bought had a stain on it . No reply as yet or call . I sent a msg on facebook on Friday . Horrendous will never shop with them again. Goods I ordered were reduced in value by over £300 overnight. I tried to cancel the order Cruise would NOT help me. THEN THEY STOPPED delivery..........goods PURPORTEDLY returned to their returns address. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY FULL REFUND. Diabolical............

I ordered 2 ted baker bags which were a break bargain. Two days later I was told they were out of stock so i ordered 2 more - out of stock. I purchased them in store then my items started coming, having come back into stock. Finally I had to cancel my credit card to stop the orders being fulfilled. Not at all impressed

I was very disappointment with both the website and the condition of the product I received. The bag cover was covered with black marks and smelt. I Just wasn't impressed!! Especially for the amount of money I had spent. I will be using an alternative in future. House of Fraser are a much more professional company that I usually use. I will most definatly be using them instead in the future.

The jeans I ordered to wear specifically for that Saturday night arrived with the metal security tag on! Therefore preventing me from wearing them! I am deeply disappointed and frustrated due to this fact and that I could not gain any phone number to resolve this quickly! I have emailed customer services and still await a reply! This is now a week tomorrow since they were delivered and tag is still on! Looks like I won't be wearing them this weekend either! Poor poor poor!

I found out the tag of the jeans is not taken off. And it is obvious mistake as the tag is at back of the jeans. I called the shop in belfast n spoke to two girls who are sales n department manager. They asked me to bring back to the shop or return it. But what s the point of doing online shopping? As i love this jeans,why should i return it as it was not my mistake? I paid the standard delivery charge n i will pay more for this mistake if i go to the shop. Both of them did not offer the best compensation. The store manager called me back n said he will write the email n ask me to wait for reply. But nothing happened. I could not wait n have to spend more money on traveling to get the tag off. Because not all of the shops has this kind of big tag. I had been debemham, topshop,DV8,even ASDA. I m very disappointed about this online shopping.

My designer earrings arrived bent. And on the verge of snapping. They wanted me take the timeout of my day to send them back to them when I work office hours the same as the postal services so this isn't possible. And there crappy customer services had nothing to say that could help. Pathetic service. Wouldn't recommend at all. Unless you want deformed jewellery

Poor service, didn't find out til too late item was out of stock, and it had been on internet for 8 weeks and has been sold out all this time and is still on internet now for sale. Disgusting and useless service, sort yourselves out!!

Not impressed. Shoes ordered, came in correct size box but were the wrong size in the box (two sizes too small). When returning I was assured that they had stock and put a pair on hold to send upon receipt for exchange. After a week with no news, called back up and was told that they had no more in stock. No sign of refund.

Send me the goods with a security tag still on them. Took 2 days to reply to an email. Reply not relevant to the issue as it mentions "a faulty product". It was not faulty, just I could not wear it. Phone not answered when called. Pretty poor all round.
