Toooooo small for the jeans, I usually wear a 32 size while this one is wired and its 32 fits like 30!!!!

I still haven't receive my order. I got an email from Yodel whilst at work to say my order was delivered. I have since contacted them to let down know that my order wasn't delivered as I wasn't home to receive it. I was told that they are investigating and will get in touch but haven't heard back from them.

hello, i received an already worn dress and immediately contacted the seller and sent pictures. after six days and one reminder of me i still got no decision. very poor experience. will have to contact paypal to get my money back. horrible.

Ordered sunglasses from Website. I received my parcel quickly after point of order, however the sunglasses I received were not the ones I ordered. The ones I ordered were stylish aviators, the ones I received were plastic and tacky looking, something more akin to being bought in a cheap shop in Blackpool. To say I was annoyed is an understatement, and I queried why I was sent substitute sunglasses which bore no correlation to the ones I ordered. I was informed that this was a computer systems issue, and have been told I will receive a full refund.

i am terribly dissapointed with your customer service, my name is kris donnell i live in wa perth australia. lately we had ordered a ralph lauren top and it came with security tag still on it. after emails back and fourth this top is till here in my house as you expect me to pay postage to send it back to be fixed??? disgusted isnt the word!!! and i have spent a fortune in your shop in glasgow and online over the years!!!

A purchased a pair of size 9 shoes and Cruise sent size 11 it cost me £10 to return it plus I paid for delivery so a total of £16 for nothing. So no am not happy, I asked for my money via email and I had no reply.

I would like to find out where my order is. This was due for delivery on 29th December and I am still awaiting. When I try to phone your head office it just rings out. This item has been paid for however, no one has the decency to tell me what is happening. Customer service what customer service it stinks!

Half my order was cancelled, after discussing with customer services for the first time the agent hung up on me. The second time I called the agent was very helpful. There are many online stores offering the same, if not better prices with free delivery. I have tried to stay loyal to Cruise ( mainly in store, but also online ) but after this incident I will have to consider the stores I use. Regards Steven Oldham

It was disappionting as i made bulk order to maximuse shipment cost. Whilste i understand that a product could be out of stock, i was never giving an option if i wanted replacement of some sort. Surprisingly, one of the footware cancelled from my order because it was claimed to be out of stock is still on your website since my order till date. What a way to do business

I ordered goods totalling £406 and was given a conformation email then I waited 13 days only to be told everything I ordered was out of stock even though it was still showing as in stock on the cruise web page then only a day later one of my items in my order was delivered to my house.Service was shocking.I shopped a lot with cruise in the past but I will no longer order from cruise in the future.I cannot understand why cruise charges a expensive delivery charge when others give free delivery after all your not spending pennies when you shop at cruise.I doubt I will hear anything back from cruise that seems to be the policy.

Tried to order clothes before christmas and all my cards kept declining only on the cruise site. Ordered a jacket, got an out of stock message a week later. Ordered jumpers and shirts, got an out of stock message for 2 jumpers 3 days later and one of the shirts was loose in the package with an anti theft tag on. Ordered a CP company jacket last week and it's still being processed. Cruise online is a joke.

Not got my item cruise says it has been signed for but I have proof it has not. YODEL left it in a bin! (On bin day) Also I have proof you sent it to wrong address which I have proof. Shocking customer service!

I ordered two items shown on your website at very cheap prices which was the reason I was happy to agree to the delivery charge of £6.00. I paid the total sum and was then told a day later that one of the items was out of stock. I ended up paying more for delivery than the item that was delivered!! I am still waiting on a refund of £10 for the other item. Also, the item that was delivered went to the billing address not the delivery address. A very poor on line shopping experience.

I ordered a medium pair of shorts and both me and my husband checked it was a medium I ordered. When shorts came they were a small. So I had to send them back at a cost of £7.80 for use to then send a medium. I will not order from your company again.

We ordered a pair of jeans which had an item number next to it. When we got the order it was a shirt !!! We rang and spoke to a helpful woman who after we explained what had happened she sent us a prepaid package so we could return it. Not impressed at all with your web pages.

Ordered my clothes on the 20th of December and got email over a week later to say one of my items was not in stock and then five days later I recieved an email to say 3 more of my items were not in stock so this is in January not bad for Christmas presents so 14 days after my order I recieved 2 of my items thanks also called your customer services and waited over an hour on two phone calls Regards Darren
