Ordered a YSL bag, once received I noticed it was scuffed to bits on the front and back, which I emailed customer services straight away. I called customer services several times over two working days, no response so I returned the bag special delivery which I noticed it has been signed for. Third day I did speak to someone and was told it would take about seven days for a refund! Day five I have had no notification of return ie email of the bag! It's been nearly a week since I received the bag and have had contact from Cruise fashion what so ever. Not at all happy!!!

Hi Cruise, Firstly i would like to congratulate you on yet another stuff up with my order. I have previously ordered Stone Island from you over the last few years . Upon my first query re. 20% VAT reduction as i live in Australia , which supposedly you cannot do yet Oi Polloi , The End and numerous other websites where i buy Stone Island can ????? Then only 2 wks ago i ordered a Navy JKT and Pink Polo both Stone Island , i pay for both and then receive an email a few days after stating the polo is out of stock. I have emailed Annaliese a few times now regading a refund for the POLO yet no reply ?? Not sure what sort of operation is being run there but i spent 10 yrs opening my own shops in Sydney stocking , such brands as Stone Island , CP Company , Paul Smith etc and always made a point of looiking after my customers . So please can you give me the refund today and explain why you cannot reduce the 20% VAT at your checkout . Many thanks a very dissapointed customer Lee

My goods were ordered on 26 December and I still do not have them . Apparently the courier ( Yodel) have been to my home but they never left a calling card any time they were here . Yodel won't let you chat to any one online . I eventually got through via telephone to England but I still can't go and collect my goods ( I only knew there had been an attempt to deliver goods as I tracked online - no calling card was left ) . According to Yodel there is an issue with the address and I wouldn't be able to collect . They in turn have referred me back to Cruise . Cruise haven't replied to any e-mails in days so I have tried to contact Sports Direct as this is the name I ws given by Yodel however they are not answering to calls or e-mails either . So I am sitting 14 days later and several 0845 getting charged rates phone calls later and no goods yet that have been paid for and a delievry charge too !

Appalling customer service! One of my items was cancelled and future correspondence I sent was completely ignored. Yet, when I asked if I could return the item to a shop my query was answered immediately. I was charged £6 postage which was fair enough but I expected return postage would be paid. I would never, ever use this company again even if I was getting the bargain of the century,

Wrong size sent, security tag left on and unable to exchange as correct size sold out. Took 2 days to get through to customer services who were rude and unhelpful. Would not buy from cruise online again.

I had no update for my order i called customer service no one answered after waiting ages on hold also i had no luck with email i sent. The service was so poor i was not happy at all.

My order was very late as I orderd on 17th dec didn't recieve till the 31st It was a gift for xmas for someone and they left on the 30th dec I know the item was in Aberdeen on 24th dec but I had a very hard time getting ahold of yodel when I did get a hold of them finally on the 29th they guaranteed delivery for the 30th so I didn't think it was that bad I could still give gift before they left for abroad but it wasn't deliverd till noon on the 31st when I was out of town So basically I feel I had a bad service all round

I've been a Cruise customer for about 25 years now and it's only in about the past year I started using your online service. I haven't had any problems using it until a few weeks ago when I tried using a voucher when purchasing Armani Jeans and the voucher wouldn't work so I tried calling customer services using the number on your site and could not get through time after time. I'm friendly with some of your managers and buyers so asked advise so they gave me a direct number and I still can't get through. I feel as though your customer service is very poor and would like someone to call me on 07946217348 to explain to me why I'm unable to use the voucher.

I ordered two items in different sizes as I was unsure what size I was. I had to return them both as they were both faulty. I rang customer service first to see if any more were available. I waited half an hour for the phone to be answered and the member of staff was most unhelpful. To add to my frustration I have been refunded the amount of the items but not the postage and they were faulty goods . Not a good service all-round. Will not be ordering from cruise again in hurry.

It was a nasty surprise to have another pair of boots delivered when in in fact i had online purchased only one pair. This made me check my credit card account to find that cruise of this site had taken another payment including delivey charges by duplicating my transaction. Never to use this site and will not recommend to friends n family

Not clear sizing on web site caused me to order the wrong size. This in turn cost me money to return item. I have sent 3 emails now to customercare@cruisefashion.com but as of yet not had a reply to any of them. I will not be shopping here again.

Very bed delivery service, 12 days for delivery ok it was over Christmas and new year but everything else I ordered from all other shopping sites came within a couple if days so won't be shopping here again

Placed order money was taken from bank twice. Order then took almost 2 weeks to arrive. Nobody on the other end of the telephone number provided on website... Started to think the page was some kind of fake site. Took me to threaten to report them to police before anyone replied to my emails

The items arrived not as described. It will now cost me money to return the items for your mistake. The items that arrived were slim fit and one was low rise. This was not described on the website and i have double checked this.

I ordered shoes on Christmas day paid 6.95 delivery meant to be next day recieved them on hogamany eve tried to phone 4 times line ringing telling you to wait and then going dead. On hogamnay you then offered a further 20% off I contacted you to honour same tried phoning about 8 times at my expense and sent various emails none of which have been answered.
