Arrived with security tag on garment! Very unhappy. Won't be ordering again

I ordered two items shown on your website at very cheap prices which was the reason I was happy to agree to the delivery charge of £6.00. I paid the total sum and was then told a day later that one of the items was out of stock. I ended up paying more for delivery than the item that was delivered!! I am still waiting on a refund of £10 for the other item. Also, the item that was delivered went to the billing address not the delivery address. A very poor on line shopping experience.

Very poor service had ordered 5 items only had 2 in stock had to wait 2 weeks for delivery could not get through on the phone total wast of time will never use again

I ordered a medium pair of shorts and both me and my husband checked it was a medium I ordered. When shorts came they were a small. So I had to send them back at a cost of £7.80 for use to then send a medium. I will not order from your company again.

We ordered a pair of jeans which had an item number next to it. When we got the order it was a shirt !!! We rang and spoke to a helpful woman who after we explained what had happened she sent us a prepaid package so we could return it. Not impressed at all with your web pages.

Ordered my clothes on the 20th of December and got email over a week later to say one of my items was not in stock and then five days later I recieved an email to say 3 more of my items were not in stock so this is in January not bad for Christmas presents so 14 days after my order I recieved 2 of my items thanks also called your customer services and waited over an hour on two phone calls Regards Darren

2 weeks for delivery Product came poorly wrapped 30mins wait for customer service 1 week and still no reply to my complaint I was told items were out of stock a week after I had ordered them

OK, granted i placed this order over Christmas, but my order wasn't delivered until the 5th of January. I did chase by email, twice, no response....i rang twice to be placed on hold for 20 mins, both times, and still didn't get to speak to an adviser....i gave up in the end as a premium rate number.... Order then just turned up, and one of the tees has holes in it!! We normally deal with our local shop, and have never had any issues....i wont be using there website again im afraid.

Worst customer service ever. Never replied to ANY of my emails and I still am missing an item!!! DO NOT USE !!!

This is the second time I have had terrible service from Cruise. It took over 2 weeks for my item to arrive. It was suppose to be posted next working day (as site says). Last time I oredered I received the wrong trainers and they were also faulty. So through your mistake it cost me postage money.

They Emailed me to tell me part of my Order was out of stock so I tried to cancel immediately and they said it had already been dispatched.they said they would give a full if I refused delivery of the item . The delivery driver dropped the parcel off at a neighbours so I couldn't refuse delivery so I have paid full postage for an item I wanted to cancel and postage to send it back . I emailed customer services a week ago to explain it had been left at a neighbours so I was unable to refuse delivery and I still waiting for response

Ordered items in the sale got emails telling all items except one out of stock email to cancel this item to be to 3 days after my email it's too late as it's out for delivery no response as to why one item that was supposedly out of stock is still showing online and no reply to further emails awful customer service.

Didn't realise when you bought an item in the sale it was 'seconds'. Very poor quality, stitching all coming away, dirty marks on it, thread catch down the front of dress. Sent an email to cruise complaining and didn't get a reply.

Pay for next day delivery and receive at a week later. Terrible service as this hasn't been the first time.

Did not honor reduced price after items went on additional sale (even before the items were recievd!), Customer service was not friendly and did not respond to my complaint. I could not return the unwanted item to a Cruise store in town and had to pay 12 GBP shipping cost to return an overpriced item. I doubt i will ever buy from this store again.

didn't receive any despatch email after order was placed,called customer services 3 times and waited over 10 minutes each time with no answer, And when my order was delivered there was a security tag still attached to 1 of the items which I had to take to the store to be removed.

Easy to order.No free delivery. Had to pay to return. Can't pick up or return to store if using online ordering. These are all things that come as standard with other websites. I don't think I would use this site again.
