handbag arrived with security tag still attached so wife could not use it for her birthday, the whole point of ordering it. Cruise contacted me via email offering no compensation for the embarrassment caused at my wifes expense as she had showed the handbag off to friends and then could not use it for fear the tag may set an alarm off. i agaon contacted Cruise questioning this and asked for a returns address. this was 3 days ago now and still not a word from your company. not happy......

Customer service is appauling I phoned 6 times only to be on hold for over 15 minutes a time and still didn't speak to anyone I also sent over 12 emails no reply

The speed of delivery was excellent. The quality of the item I brought was of the poorest I have ever seen which questions the authenticity of the product.

Not informed stuff was out of stock until delivered, worst delivery service ever. Never dealing with cruise again. Poor performance

Cruise are very bad for letting you order items on-line that they don't actually have in stock. They let you place your order and take your payment and then send a refund later. If you check availability once they email to say the item is not in stock, it can still be ordered on their web site, they even send email reminders that the item is still in your basket! As they charge a postage and packing fee, it is better to order multiple items at once. If you then find that something is not in stock it makes ordering one item very expensive!

If you are using Cruise, do not assume you are going go recieve your order as I have continually received emails 4 days after ordering to say they do not have an item, or They have actually sent the wrong item. ASOS is a better option as although Cruise has a good range, it's only good if it is available. I would suggest they update their website in real time and stop sending poor excuses which a 7 year old could write by way of an "apology" They have cost me time and money in the last week with me now having to go back to a Vivienne Westwood shop I was in and did not get a shirt as it was cheaper on Cruise, only to be advised days later that it was unavailable. Very poor.

One of my most awful online shopping experience ever. Purchased a pair of trainers sent the wrong pair. Tried to call no answer. Emailed explaining the situation was told noanager available on the day but will have the manager call me the next day. Never got a call so I decided to email again and again. No response. Will I ever shop with cruise fashion again NEVER! I have on total sent 8 emails and called all the numbers for customer service.

Had to pay postage even though spending over £400. You use Yodel they are awful don't give a phone no and I still don't know where my parcel is. Poor service from a designer co. also 0845 no for you is no good. You need a normal landline no as most people use mobiles!

they use yodel to deliver their goods, which was then lost. over 1 week ago i reported this and still do not have a refund. they havn't called me back like they promiosed or responded to my online enquiries. overall a very poor experience, i won't be recomending them to anyoneiknow that for sure

Very unhappy with the delivery of my Michael Kors bag. Delivered to the wrong street & house & it was only through the honesty of the woman at that address that I received my bag! God know how many phone calls it would have taken to if anything get a replacement bag! You would think a shop like Cruise would have a better delivery system/workers working for them considering the price of their stuff. I will not be shopping with them again.

Cruise do not do paid returns and so my total delivery cost was £15. Very expensive considering the items were unsuitable

Product was perfect delivered on time however after my purchase i was bombarded with a gazzilion e mails!! I am not kidding you in a space of a week i had at least 20 yes 20 e mails from them!! Their marketing department must all be on speed or something but joking aside this is not marketing its just harassment!!

Extremely disappointed, ordered a Dolce and Gabbana dress in size 43. Have been waiting over a week to receive the order and nothing has arrived. I have a meeting at work and was looking forward to wearing my dress. I have checked my email and Cruise have cancelled my order without my permission. Cruise have confirmed the order is now out of stock, I am now left without my dress. I am extremely unhappy with the service I have received and do not believe I have been treated fairly.

I brought a bag from the cruise website on Boxing Day at 2.25pm within an hour my husband came home with the same bag from one of their shops. So I thought I'll cancel the order. Every time I clicked cancel order on the web page it gave me a phone number to dial 08449670732. Which I did straight away to be greeted by a message then put on hold. Each time I held for about 15mins but no answer. So the following morning I went to the shop and they gave me another number. I rang and they told me it had been dispatched I would have to return it at my own cost and a lot of people are trying to get free returns too. I said I've been trying to cancel the order since yesterday but their number is wrong on the web. At first she didn't believe me saying the number she can see is the one the shop gave. I said I clicked the "cancelled order" and "completed order"this number came up which she did find too and said she would mention to the managers that an old number was still on. But she said that still she wouldn't waiver the returns costs. To be fair I wasn't even asking for the delivery cost which I wouldn't be paying if I could of cancelled the order had the right number been given on their web! I tried emailing through the same link too but the same number kept coming up. Their website is very badly designed. And it's the principle of the matter more than cost. Also to have a lot of people ringing about returns says some thing about your returns policy! Even though I query was about the wrong phone number on the web page!

im very unhappy as I can't review the product because I still have not received it. When paying £6 delivery charge you expect it to be a speedy service. I will be returning this item when I finally recieve it!!!!! This was going to be a christmas present very disappointing service
