I travelled to belfast to exchange a shirt that was to big, to be told that I had to send it back in the post. This was a two hour round trip, was of time!

Could not contact using telephone number on website to chase order....order changed by cruise after I ordered, still paid £6 delivery for one item which I wouldn't have...my original order was over £200....not happy with lack of customer service, in contactable, submitted 3 contact forms online, no response, extortionate delivery charge, will be opening a dispute with paypal....maybe then I will get a response from cruise?

Did not return any of my emails till it was to late . Phoning use was impossible . Did not even get a tracker for my parcel did not no I had a delivary till my nabour called me to say they had taken it in for me VERRY VERRY POOR will not use again and will defo not recommend

Cruise sold me several items that I wanted for an event and for Xmas gifts. After ten days I had heard nothing. Then I started getting emails saying items were now not in stock??? They were and still are on sale on their website. I tried to call, the phonelines were out for days. I emailed twice, still waiting on a reply. Of the original items I think about 6, 3 have turned up over two weeks later. Not one word of an explanation from cruise as to what happened. I could have got my items elsewhere while I was out shopping but cruise gave me n indication that my purchase was not actually confirmed and might be cancelled a week later and why are the items I wanted are still on sale? But there's no one to speak to about it as they don't have a working phoneline and their customer services team is inept and overrun because of so many cases like mine. Meanwhile the marketing team are doing a sterling job and I am constantly bombarded with advertising emails! Relocation of resource perhaps cruise? Really rubbish service from a premium outlet. What would brands such as gucci and jimmy choo think of their products being sold in this manner?

After it taking over a week for you to tell me the item is out of stock, you then took the amount from my account 3 times. I have tried to place the order again by email with Eva (a staff member) and have had no reply. I am deeply dissapointed in your service and would request a phone call today on 07805379722 to discuss my order. Regards Beth Ault

The level of customer service recieved was one of the worst I have experienced. I had problems ordering online and contacted customer services by telephone and email. Responses were unhelpful and in some cases rude. I don't expect gold star service but cheeky/arrogant responses are not acceptable. Very disappointed.

I ordered a jumper online for my partners Christmas night out as I am off work sick and hardly able to move so getting to my local shop (14 miles away each way) isn't exactly convenient. On the night of the night I took the jumper out of the bag and my partner tried it on only to realise the jumper had a security tag on so he couldn't wear it! Total waste of £180! Won't be shopping again at cruise - one loyal customer lost!

Had endless issues with Cruise but worse thing is you cannot contact anyone to rectify any issues you have. The customer services number doesn't work and no one responds to the customer service email mailbox! Basically I've spent £500 and the first order was sent with completely incorrect invoice details etc, so I have had to return it and hope for the best! I haven't even received the second order and I can't chase it because there's no one to talk to! This is all without mentioning the problems I have had before receiving the first order!

The last couple of orders I made with cruise I got told the ordered were processed for then to get a e-mail a week later saying my items were no longer in stock.

There is no customer service and I still have not received any goods since I placed an order on the 29th November. It wasn't an sale item. I have been trying to ring your number which is on the website which just rings out. I have been trying to email your customer service to get a an answer and I don't get one. Really shoddy company from which I will never buy from again.

Tried to phone customer service on numerous occasions and phone line was out of order. Then tried to get into account online but it wouldn't let me. Got items delivered. STILL WAITING ON VOUCHERS!!!

I didn't receive the product that was detailed as delivered on the website and no note left from the driver with a calling card, as stated on the website!

the item that i recieved was in poor condition with 2 holes in the back and what i believe to have been a catch also, after paying for next day delivery which is £6 i then had to pay a further £6 to have this returned. feel that this item was not checked before being sent out

very poor service, ordered stuff last saturday still not received any goods or no email to say it has been despatched and at £6 delivery i expected more from this company. company failed to meet my needs. very poor!

When I received my packed it wasn’t in a box and with no bubble wrap, it arrived in a black plastic cover bag. My item is a luxury calf leather hand bag, because of this I was worried it may have been scratched on delivery but luckily it wasn’t. The dust bag for the bag has dirty marks all down the back. The item is a Christmas present for my daughter.

My item arrived in what was essentially a dusty black bag. Inside this my item was just in another thin plastic bag. The item itself looks dusty. Not what I expected AT ALL, particularly for a very expensive item - not impressed at all!
