Cruise do not do paid returns and so my total delivery cost was £15. Very expensive considering the items were unsuitable

Product was perfect delivered on time however after my purchase i was bombarded with a gazzilion e mails!! I am not kidding you in a space of a week i had at least 20 yes 20 e mails from them!! Their marketing department must all be on speed or something but joking aside this is not marketing its just harassment!!

Extremely disappointed, ordered a Dolce and Gabbana dress in size 43. Have been waiting over a week to receive the order and nothing has arrived. I have a meeting at work and was looking forward to wearing my dress. I have checked my email and Cruise have cancelled my order without my permission. Cruise have confirmed the order is now out of stock, I am now left without my dress. I am extremely unhappy with the service I have received and do not believe I have been treated fairly.

Absolutely terrible. Disgusting customer care, terrible processing time, items out of stock but still available to buy online. Disgrace!!

I brought a bag from the cruise website on Boxing Day at 2.25pm within an hour my husband came home with the same bag from one of their shops. So I thought I'll cancel the order. Every time I clicked cancel order on the web page it gave me a phone number to dial 08449670732. Which I did straight away to be greeted by a message then put on hold. Each time I held for about 15mins but no answer. So the following morning I went to the shop and they gave me another number. I rang and they told me it had been dispatched I would have to return it at my own cost and a lot of people are trying to get free returns too. I said I've been trying to cancel the order since yesterday but their number is wrong on the web. At first she didn't believe me saying the number she can see is the one the shop gave. I said I clicked the "cancelled order" and "completed order"this number came up which she did find too and said she would mention to the managers that an old number was still on. But she said that still she wouldn't waiver the returns costs. To be fair I wasn't even asking for the delivery cost which I wouldn't be paying if I could of cancelled the order had the right number been given on their web! I tried emailing through the same link too but the same number kept coming up. Their website is very badly designed. And it's the principle of the matter more than cost. Also to have a lot of people ringing about returns says some thing about your returns policy! Even though I query was about the wrong phone number on the web page!

im very unhappy as I can't review the product because I still have not received it. When paying £6 delivery charge you expect it to be a speedy service. I will be returning this item when I finally recieve it!!!!! This was going to be a christmas present very disappointing service

Sent totally wrong dress e-mailed them that dress was totally wrong. I got a automatic generated response saying sorry item not suitable and to return item at my cost. Very poor. Messed my xmas up as I was going to wear dress. Would not recommend.

Got to say very poor as ordered the goods on the 19 Dec and meant to arrive on the 20th Dec. Got a text from Yodel & email stating item delivered at 6.37pm / 7.37pm only problem was that they were not delivered to my door. Immediately contacted Yodel to inform them goods not delivered, then contacted Cruise direct & still not rec'd the goods to date (26 Dec). Cruise now asking me to fill in a form for lost property even though I haven't lost the item it was Yodel. Surely Cruise should have dispatched the goods while investigating with Yodel what went wrong.

Terrible service, still haven't received my order that was placed 2 weeks ago. Cruise don't want to take any responsibility and blame the courier.

the service I have received has been shocking, firstly for spending over 100 pounds and having to pay 6 pounds delivery is a joke this should be free or have other options. I had 6 pounds and didn't even receive it for a few days. My order arrived and the size was very small for a large there was no indication on the site to tell you this was small made. Finally I had to exchange one item on my order to which again I had to pay to return no free returns for exchanges? when I eventually received my order back I had been sent the wrong top, this was a deliberate mistake as the top was similar but not the same so obviously whoever sent it back thought I might not notice. I have now had to order a new top that probably wont be back in time for Christmas and I am paying another 6 pounds delivery and another returns payment.

Never order from cruise or van mildert as every time ive ordered from them they have mucked up i.e leaving security labels on products, saying the item is sold out then you later discover its still on rhe internet days later and the last time sending me a different item to what I ordered. I find it near on impossible to contact them as they never reply to texts or e- mails and if you're lucky enough to get through to their sales team you will be met by unhelpful and discourteous staff so please do not use this service and save yourself the stress

Didn't receive despatch email until after my items had already arrived. Items arrived with the security tags still attached. Can't get through by calling the company and had no reply by email. I'm going to have to post the item back at my own expense for someone else's mistake. Very poor!

Very bad customer services, Email replies didn't answer my question and reply after 24 hours. Customer service phone number rang out for 40 minutes and I called 4 times.

Placed my order online, received an email stating order was being processed along with a order number. I received no further updates and the website does not allow tracking. 7 days later with no further update I contacted cruise customer services, co-incedentily the order was delivered that evening. After the order was delivered I received an email stating the order had been dispatched....cruise customer service simply replied "your order has been delivered", no explanation for the lack of communication. When I opened the package I found the inner packaging burst. I will not shop with cruise again

The customer service is absolutely shocking. You hold for so long trying to get through (which has incurred in a costly phone bill for me this month). I feel the £6 standard delivery charge is disgraceful. No matter how big or small, cheap or expensive the item is, it's the same delivery. Which isn't even next day delivery. Your delivery is by no means the quickest. I've had many issues with cruise this year. I am not impressed one little bit.

The quality of my goods was very poor. Had I not visited the physical store, I would have presumed the goods were fake given the shoddy packaging. I'm still unsure if they're real or not. Why was no Dolce & Gabbana box used? Furthermore, one of my items lacked a certificate of authenticity. I will not be shopping at Cruise again, online or instore.

Still waiting for goods to arrive as company used for delivery aren't very good at communication have had to contact them twice for redelivery already.....unsure if I have just wasted my money.
