I didn't receive the product that was detailed as delivered on the website and no note left from the driver with a calling card, as stated on the website!

the item that i recieved was in poor condition with 2 holes in the back and what i believe to have been a catch also, after paying for next day delivery which is £6 i then had to pay a further £6 to have this returned. feel that this item was not checked before being sent out

very poor service, ordered stuff last saturday still not received any goods or no email to say it has been despatched and at £6 delivery i expected more from this company. company failed to meet my needs. very poor!

When I received my packed it wasn’t in a box and with no bubble wrap, it arrived in a black plastic cover bag. My item is a luxury calf leather hand bag, because of this I was worried it may have been scratched on delivery but luckily it wasn’t. The dust bag for the bag has dirty marks all down the back. The item is a Christmas present for my daughter.

My item arrived in what was essentially a dusty black bag. Inside this my item was just in another thin plastic bag. The item itself looks dusty. Not what I expected AT ALL, particularly for a very expensive item - not impressed at all!

I am not happy at all with the cruise service as I haven't recieved my parcel. It has been placed since last week & still hasn't arrived.

More than half my order was cancelled an one of the item delivered was a complete diffrent colour and to top it off delievery took over a week. Not impressive at all

The slow service is the worst of any online retailer I have ever used, a quick glance through Cruise fashion facebook page shows that this is not unusual, there are hundreds of people who posted similar complaints. Cruise used to have an excellent reputation built up through customers in store experience no doubt, however the online part of the business has went into very steep decline, customers services- email or phone response exceptionally poor and now combined with woefully slow delivery. Unfortunately for cruise there are now several alternative companies selling the higher end labels all of whom have lightning delivery, overnight free of charge in most cases, live online chat customers services and generally offer a better overall experience. I have shopped with cruise for more than 20 years but after this last purchase will not be returning until I see a complete overhaul of their online business.

Always buy from cruise however I bought a £400 D&G jumper on the Black Friday 30% off. Plus £10 for every £50 in vouchers! On the Tuesday emailed to say the size jumper I ordered was not in stock and cancelled my order. By which this was Too late to buy from anywhere else with the excellent Black Friday discounts and they would not even provide me the jumper at the same price when it came back in stock and cost me £120. Plus £40 in vouchers. How can they let you purchase something they don't have in stock! Customer service were rubbish and couldn't even offer me anything as a good will gesture even though they now have the jumper in stock. They Don't value your custom at all.

received the wrong order and emailed them straight away with damaged boxes also and I'm still waiting a reply, christmas of all times, as they say at Easter not a happy bunny, so as I'm writing thus I'm still waiting on a reply:((((((

CRUS40000012029371 the chestnut ugg boots are missing from the parcel,which I have just received as it was delivered to my work address on Saturday. As I received two dispatch emails for this I hope they will arrive separately today? Furthermore the items that were received were literally thrown into a black delivery bag, meaning that all the shoes had come out of the boxes, the paper they are supposed to be wrapped in was torn and the boxes damaged. These were mainly for Christmas presents which will now look like second hand items, I am very disappointed with the way in which these high value items were packaged, it would have been much more appropriate to put them in a box to ensure they arrived in good condition. Can you please confirm the whereabouts of the chestnuts ugg boots, there was no dispatch note included in the bag. Thank you Carly Smith 07801814739

I purchased a Marc Jacobs purse....it was shown in all black, when it arrived it had a black front and white back!!! Very very disappointed as it was a Christmas pressie.

Poor service from start to finish! One item I ordered was out of stock even tho it remained online for a number of days after I ordered it. 9 days later the money is still out of my bank account. The rest of the items arrived - one was completely wrong colour. I've sent them all back at my own expense and not optimistic of a refund before Xmas. When I emailed to complain I expected a response within 24 hours - it was 3 days later. Worst customer service I've experienced before.

Bought two jackets waited 7 days after I had ordered contacted customer services to be told it can take 5-7 working days. On 10th day received email saying one was out of stock and I wouldnt be charged.next day received email at 9am on saturday saying it would be delivered that day. I had already left for the day so missed delivery. E commerce at its worst.

I ordered some ugg slippers for my beloved but made a error and ended up ordering them twice. I realised what I'd done and sent an email to your customer service people asking them to cancel one of the orders, I provided them the order number, alsa both pairs turned up. Slippers and service good and prompt just didnt need both pairs!!!!
