This is the second time I've purchased from cruise. On the first occasion the item was poorly packaged, following two emails to customer services I received no reply. This matter is still outstanding from months ago. This time around my order took far too long to get to me, especially given that standard postage costs £6 which is expensive. I also ordered twice before successfully placing my last order. On both occasions I subsequently received notification that my orders were cancelled as out of stock. This is extremely poor customer service. I'd be extremely reluctant to shop with cruise again. I don't feel that my custom is valued at all and the postage is very poor value.

I have ordered many things from cruise but sometimes I have ordered things and I have had emails saying sorry this item is out of stock. Why have the items on your website if the item can't be relocated. I feel they use actual shops and managers aren't doing stock takes properly. Who knows this experience was my worst. I kept getting emails stating different offers and eventually a paul smith one came through for 30% off. I snapped it up bought a jumper, a scarf set, a polo shirt and a pair of gloves. Paid £160 roughly including shipping. Over a period of a week I recieved emails gradually stating each item apart from the gloves which were the cheapest which may I had still haven't arrived after over a week. They charged me the full £6 postage for just the gloves. This company needs to get its act together. Your annoying a lot of customers while are spending hundreds of pounds with you!

Ive bought numerous items if the cruise which are always delivered on time, good condition and value for money.This year however I'm extremely disappointed I have tried to order a particular item twice and paid for twuce to be told they are no longer in stock, and twice had to explain to my fiancé that she won't be getting them for Christmas. Please do not advertise things you don't have, I am now having to scour the earth for a specific pair of womens boots.

Three items were ordered and then I was informed that two are out of stock, it took nearly a week to be informed of this. (Also not the first time this had happened when ordering from Cruise) over all a poor performance and I not Recommend using this site.

Your customer service is shocking, still waiting on an update on whats happening with my order after i sent an email 4 days ago. tried to call the customer service number but after 20 minutes waiting i have give up. I won't be shopping with yous again

I feel CruiseFashion is an excellent website and the service was excellent up until the product arrived. The jacket I had ordered still had the security tag on it. Accidents happen so I called the customer service line. After 30 minute wait in which time I had sent an email explaining the situation I finally got through to a young lady (still waiting for call back) to be told post jacket back which I was to pay for and they would send it back. I asked if she could locate where I coukd take the jacket to get tag removed and she was going to call me back! Two days later no call and I am resigning myself to paying to post the jacket back. Surely sending a new jacket to me and the courier could collect the one I have would be better customer service with no time or cost to me. Still waiting for call and response to my email.

I ordered an expensive Christmas gift from CRUISE for my husband on November 11 and on November 19 I received an e-mail that the item was dispatched on November 14. I still have not received it. The Track DHL Express Shipment online says “Shipment information received” on November 14 and then no more. DHL customer service replies that “due to the account holder’s contract with DHL Express, we are unable to discuss details relating to this shipment with anyone other than the shipping company and we respectfully request that you contact Sports Direct in respect to this shipment.” I have e-mailed you twice about this and received no reply what so ever. I have paid for it, but where is it?

I ordered 3 items from this site at a total of £85, 2 items were for me one was for a friend. My 2 items were cancelled off the order, leaving the order at £20 which meant I no longer qualified for free delivery. This lead to a £6 delivery charge added to the total which meant my card was charged £6 for a friend to have a shirt delivered to my property. this charge was added without notice and was done so without my agreement. no refund offered. disappointing to say the least.

I am saddened to say my online experience with cruise has not been pleasurable . The customer service dept is impossible to get in contact with . The website did not allow at time to enter promo codes and the system kept crashing . For a company like cruise I was extremely disappointed and this will be the last time I use the online service.

I ordered the wrong size of shoes and tried to cancal it or change it within 5 minutes of realising my mistake I got a reply saying Cruise would get back to me within 24 hours. I did not receive a reply and the order still went through. Very poor considering the shoes were £375 and there was a 30% sale on which I missed out on as well

Absolutely terrible treatment overall. No customer service available. Telephone customer service not reachable. etc.etc. Will not recommend ordering from this company to anyone. However, will worn those who want to.

Ordered a Gucci bag on the gift Tuesday that you advertised 30% off . I did not get that offer at the checkout . I tried to call the customer help line and was put on hold twice then got cut off. Very poor customer service.

Good delivery service, but delivery charge extreme at 6.00 I live in inverness not abroad and box that shows were in was burst at side considering cost of shoes always nice to get a nice shoe box! Regards M Morrison

Hi I have not recieved my order because you sent my parce to the wrong address you posted it to 48 Eddrington Grove and I live in 49 Eddrington Grove, the ladie at that address does not know me and sent the package back to sender, I have rang your customer service at least 20 times no one answers the phone I have sent 12 emails and no one has replied. Please help me where is my order and what do I do now, I always shop in cruise regualary and this is the first time I have used on line so very disapointed at Crusie Customer services can someone please ring me today to tell me when I will receiev my order, it is now 9th December you took my money 28th November still no goods very very disapointed Sharon

Your customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced and I'm still yet to even receive my item so god knows why you're sending me this! Going off terrible experiences I've had in the past tjough, you're a disgrace when it comes to customer service but after complaining you don't even respond

Delivery driver delivered my parcel to the wrong address. Then after getting in touch with the delivery driver, they asked me to go collect it myself as they didn't want to drive back. When I finally got my parcel I was met with a bad attitude. Don't plan on ordering from cruise every again. Abysmal service for delivery. The delivery driver was called Laura. Very poor customer service skills
