I am unable to provide a complete review at this time as I have been waiting since Friday on Cruise Customer Services getting back to me about a complaint made regarding the courier delivery company/driver that cruise use. Basically the item I ordered (an expensive jumper) that should have been a signed for trackable delivery by Yodel was stuffed half in and half out my letterbox upon my arrival home from work. I contacted the delivery company and the driver said that it was delivered and signed for. Which is a total crock of lies as no one was home when the inept driver tried to deliver the jumper. So not only did he forge my signature to say that I received the item, he didn't even try and leave it with a neighbour. He left it half hanging out my letterbox which is directly on a main road.

First time ordering from you, did not receive any email confirming order. Phoned and was told my order was placed and could not have a email. One arrived 4hours later. No email was sent allowing me to track order. Dress arrived crushed in a poly bag. Received 2emails 3days later with details of my delivery. Hope this was a one of or will not be ordering again, a explanation would be handy.

Completely wrong size of trousers for my suit. 46r with a 40r jacket. The number on the website just goes dead (luckily found an other option). Definitely the worst customer service I have experienced.

The company is a scam. They advertise items they don't have in stock take your money and DO Not refund it.

I was very disappointed with the level of service received!! Commutation is shocking. Delays on delivery when you pay for next day!! No updates.. Over a week to tell you items on your order are out of stock!! Customer service staff don't acknowledge or address your concerns. No apologise given.. Still await a reply from an email sent a week ago. It feels like they have your money & don't demonstrate customer care.

I originally ordered an incorrect size and returned item at personal cost. I was then sent faulty items as replacment and returned them at my own cost. Delivery was incredibly slow and my parcels went to the incorrect delivery office twice. I had to contact courier twice because they delivered the product to my neighbours house. I had to formally complain regarding my refund and recieved an unsatifactory automated reply. I then escalated my complaint with Cruise before I was refunded delivery costs. Essentially, one month later and after £14 in postal charges, umpteen phone calls made and emails sent, I have nothing to show for my efforts. If there is a pool for gift-vouchers then surely this is a strong contender!

It is feels bad to shopping on your website as my first time. I have placed order successfully however three days later you told me that one of my ordered item have been sold out and cancel my order automatically. Alright. And another HUGO item was display on website is a top jacket. But I have received an pants. Then I have check back on the item website. It's looks like some error happens on the website. It is so unprofessional as a famous shopping website like yours.

Delivery company very hard to get hold of. When goods did eventually arrive (your dispatch stated next day delivery, the goods arrived in 3 days) . A pair of dolce and gabanna shoes should have been a size 9 and even though marked up on stickers as a 9 were in fact a size 8 on the shoe itself. Very unsatisfactory!

Received my package only to find when I opened it the t-shirts I ordered had been worn by a previous customer who had obviously returned them. Been trying to contact the complaints department but I have been unsuccessful thus far. Nothing short of a disgrace from such a high profile and well respected clothing supplier.

Ordered a jacket - sizing was not as advertised as jacket should have been a UK 46 but when received was a European 54 which is a UK 44. On hold for ages to Cruise customer services and gave up without talking to anyone. Had to pay postage both directions for a jacket that was wrongly sized. Will not order from Cruise again.

first of all I called at least 5 times the customer service and for 4 times i called inside the timeframe and nobody came on the phone, and not even an answering machine was telling me that there was nobody there to help me out. This got me already worried. When I finally got in touch with someone and asked aboutthe description of my item, if it was the same as on the picture, the woman confirmed that the item was exactly as on the website. AND YESTERDAY MY BAG ARRIVED, OF COURSE IT WAS NOT THE SAME THAT I SAW ON THE PICTURE. SO THIS IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED,IT WAS NOT WHAT I SAW ON THE PICTURE. SO I HAD TO SEND IT BACK. I am not satisfied with your services, i am really sorry!! Thanks Renata

Paid aprox. £6 delivery only for the £80 item to be delivered with the security tag still left on.have niw had to send item back at a cost of aprox.£6 return and wait on refund.i am waiting for Cruise to get back to me about my complaint as i want my 2delivery costs refunded also

The product I recieved was damaged, I've had to exchange this which I have still not been contacted about! I always shop with Cruise but I was really let down this time.

I ordered a discounted suit and some other items. When the package arrived they did not send a suit and stated that it was no longer available ever - and sent the other more expensive items. My order also then fell under the delivery threshold and so I had to pay that too. I will be making an official complaint and writing about this in a legal publication to see whether this popular disgraceful scam by companies can stop. Very upset! Shahban

After already sending yourselfs an email without any reply I will try again hete. Item i oredered (next day delivery) arrived 2 days late and still had the security tag attached much to my annoyance and inconvenience As now I need to take it to my nearest store in Edinburgh Witch will cost me time and money I have been a loyal customer in shop (Glasgow and Edinburgh) and on line for over 20 years But I am left disappointed after this experience. This was my first order from cruise, and I purchased 2 pairs of jeans at a total of over £200. I was out when the items were delivered, and so the delivery driver let himself into my garden through a gate to leave the items in a safe place. The safe place he chose was a bin which is used to discard dog excrement collected from the back garden. I think this was absolutely disgusting. I contacted a number on my order confirmation to complain, however the number did not ring and seemed to be out of order. I sent an email to complain and was then sent an automated reply saying I would hear back in 24 hours. I heard nothing so after some searching I found a different contact number which I rang. After over 20 minutes waiting to be put through to an advisor I gave up and hung up. I'm have still heard nothing from cruise, and probably won't. I will never buy anything from cruise again, and the items will remain in the bin full of dog poop until they are picked up by the gentlemen who left them there.
