I have now ordered onlune twice to then later be advised that the item is not in stock. On item I was advised a week later that it wasn't in stock. The other was part of an order of two items which I didn't want one if wasn't getting the other item. I have now paid £6.00 delivery for nothing. Will nitbe using this web site again.

After ordering first item the order was cancelled by cruse as it was out of stock. Second order was placed and delivered only after trying to contact you by telephone on numerous occasions which was usucsessfull. the item did nort fit and I had to pay the postage for the return, i have just recieved the refund which did not include the delivery after all this it has cost me £17.00 for nothing. I will never use Cruse outlet again.

The quality of the information on the website is extremely poor and unreliable. If items are out of stock then they shouldn't be displayed on the website - extremely poor quality controls which need to be fixed. Also, why don't you display sizes which are consistent and understood ie S, M, L, XL etc and not 46, 48, 50, 52 or 1, 2, 3, 4. This is confusing and unnecessary. Keep it simple!

In the past year, i have ordered two designer belts from yourselves. First one was broken and the second belt was on offer but when i recieved my parcel it was not only the wrong belt it was send out to myself in a polothene bag! i needed the belt in two days prior to ordering as it was a birthday present. Your company would not let me exchange the belt at a local cruise store, nor would send me a new belt out intime. I had to return the belt back to yourselves, and buy the belt i originally ordered on your website at a hugo boss shop at full price. Needless to say i will not buy from your shop or online store again. Very very unhappy customer. Emily

Don't think I have EVER had an order from Cruise where all the items I ordered arrived! Normally get an 'out of stock' cancellation email about 3 or four days AFTER I placed the order (which leads me to think if only they had picked my order sooner, the items were probably in stock!). Such a poor system to use in this day of online shopping - nothing worse than not receiving what you've 'ordered'. They should keep stock for online shopping separate from in store shopping so no online orders can be out of stock. Also the quality of goods is poor - I've NEVER had a leather product in it's correct packaging (i.e. missing dustbags, missing boxes etc). How do I know an item is NEW if it's tags have been removed? Out of all the designer online stores I've shopped with - Harvey Nics, Selfridges, Jules B, Harrods, Flannels etc I am 100% clear & certain that Cruise comes in a distant LAST PLACE. Their overall delivery times from ordering to receiving the order is a joke! Cruise COULD be the 'go to store' for all designer online purchases IF they improved stock availability & speed of receiving orders. If I could give a minus score out of 10 then I would.

I am unable to provide a complete review at this time as I have been waiting since Friday on Cruise Customer Services getting back to me about a complaint made regarding the courier delivery company/driver that cruise use. Basically the item I ordered (an expensive jumper) that should have been a signed for trackable delivery by Yodel was stuffed half in and half out my letterbox upon my arrival home from work. I contacted the delivery company and the driver said that it was delivered and signed for. Which is a total crock of lies as no one was home when the inept driver tried to deliver the jumper. So not only did he forge my signature to say that I received the item, he didn't even try and leave it with a neighbour. He left it half hanging out my letterbox which is directly on a main road.

First time ordering from you, did not receive any email confirming order. Phoned and was told my order was placed and could not have a email. One arrived 4hours later. No email was sent allowing me to track order. Dress arrived crushed in a poly bag. Received 2emails 3days later with details of my delivery. Hope this was a one of or will not be ordering again, a explanation would be handy.

Completely wrong size of trousers for my suit. 46r with a 40r jacket. The number on the website just goes dead (luckily found an other option). Definitely the worst customer service I have experienced.

The company is a scam. They advertise items they don't have in stock take your money and DO Not refund it.

I was very disappointed with the level of service received!! Commutation is shocking. Delays on delivery when you pay for next day!! No updates.. Over a week to tell you items on your order are out of stock!! Customer service staff don't acknowledge or address your concerns. No apologise given.. Still await a reply from an email sent a week ago. It feels like they have your money & don't demonstrate customer care.

I originally ordered an incorrect size and returned item at personal cost. I was then sent faulty items as replacment and returned them at my own cost. Delivery was incredibly slow and my parcels went to the incorrect delivery office twice. I had to contact courier twice because they delivered the product to my neighbours house. I had to formally complain regarding my refund and recieved an unsatifactory automated reply. I then escalated my complaint with Cruise before I was refunded delivery costs. Essentially, one month later and after £14 in postal charges, umpteen phone calls made and emails sent, I have nothing to show for my efforts. If there is a pool for gift-vouchers then surely this is a strong contender!

It is feels bad to shopping on your website as my first time. I have placed order successfully however three days later you told me that one of my ordered item have been sold out and cancel my order automatically. Alright. And another HUGO item was display on website is a top jacket. But I have received an pants. Then I have check back on the item website. It's looks like some error happens on the website. It is so unprofessional as a famous shopping website like yours.

Delivery company very hard to get hold of. When goods did eventually arrive (your dispatch stated next day delivery, the goods arrived in 3 days) . A pair of dolce and gabanna shoes should have been a size 9 and even though marked up on stickers as a 9 were in fact a size 8 on the shoe itself. Very unsatisfactory!

Received my package only to find when I opened it the t-shirts I ordered had been worn by a previous customer who had obviously returned them. Been trying to contact the complaints department but I have been unsuccessful thus far. Nothing short of a disgrace from such a high profile and well respected clothing supplier.

Ordered a jacket - sizing was not as advertised as jacket should have been a UK 46 but when received was a European 54 which is a UK 44. On hold for ages to Cruise customer services and gave up without talking to anyone. Had to pay postage both directions for a jacket that was wrongly sized. Will not order from Cruise again.

first of all I called at least 5 times the customer service and for 4 times i called inside the timeframe and nobody came on the phone, and not even an answering machine was telling me that there was nobody there to help me out. This got me already worried. When I finally got in touch with someone and asked aboutthe description of my item, if it was the same as on the picture, the woman confirmed that the item was exactly as on the website. AND YESTERDAY MY BAG ARRIVED, OF COURSE IT WAS NOT THE SAME THAT I SAW ON THE PICTURE. SO THIS IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED,IT WAS NOT WHAT I SAW ON THE PICTURE. SO I HAD TO SEND IT BACK. I am not satisfied with your services, i am really sorry!! Thanks Renata
