“Whenever I have bought from cruise, the delivery has always been extremely slow (It took 12 days to receive my last items). I would only consider purchasing from cruise again if there was stated delivery times and an option for quicker delivery”

“Really disappointed with the service i received. It took 11 days to receive my order after me sending 3 emails and numerous calls. The waiting times to get through to customer services were horrendous. Overall very disappointed and would not recommend Cruise”

“Customer service is trouble, I am still waiting to get response regard my order, i order size 8 shoes I received size 7, as I said still waiting to hear from you you need to sort out this mistake done by your company?? I tried to call two time put on hold for 25min still no answer, sent two emails, still no answer How do you real classify such a customer services????????”
