Bought a pair of shoes, they don't fit so went to Cruise at Glasgow Fort and could not exchange them. Was told could only sent item back via post. This is not satisfactory at all. Poor poor customer service after all it's the same company!!!!

Awful website recieved order 3 of 5 items still had plastic security tags and trainners were wrong size and had already been worn, top it of no customer service people working in the shops are not intersted as its aparently an online matter. Now have to send it all back at my expense will being hundreds out of pocket avoid like the plague

Worst service ever!! I ordered a jacket for my partners birthday and I received a jumper!!! Called customer services department and was told that in other words that could not have happened. After having to pay postage costs for the item to be returned by recorded delivery I am still waiting on a response from Cruise regarding the matter which happened 4 days ago now!!! This is not the first time something has went wrong when we have ordered from Cruise. My partner ordered shorts for his holiday last year, which of course came in the wrong size!! Which again had to be returned....I will most defiantly not be recommending Cruise to family or friends!!

Absolutely terrible service. Ive ordered twice and on both occasions they have got my order completely wrong. Communication wise they are rubbish! What's worse is, you call them to confirm the order and for assurance then you get your delivery that is completely wrong! After their first blunder I said I will never use them again, but I gave them a second chance and they got that wrong too. Very upset customer. I sent an email 3 days ago and haven't even heard from them!

Received two pairs of trousers from Cruise. One of the pairs of trousers still had the security tag attached. Very sloppy. And then I'm expected to pay the return postage! This is the second time I have had to return goods at my own expense due to a Cruise cock up. Will not use them again.

Your customer service is diabolical! This was the 6th time I'd ordered the item because your incompetent staff kept getting it wrong. And to now say that 'your opinion matters to us' is a load of rubbish as you never resounded to various emails of complaint. You're a shambolic mess of a company and I won't be shopping with you again. I will however be writing about this in my blog as I'm a professional journakisr so I'll be telling my readers to stay away from yoyr site!

I received my order without any paperwork or any instructions to return items. I phoned 4 times and was put on hold for 20 mins every time without anyone answering my call. When I tried to do email regarding returning my order it doesn't let me do it. A very dissatisfied experience would not recommend to order from this site.

Ordered clothing and was very slow to receive, contacted customer services on the 1st October regarding cancelling my order and received a reply to my email on the 9th October. Attempted to call the phone numbers listed on website but no service. Will not shop again with Cruise due to very poor service

Used them twice, second time was fine no problem however first time I waited nearly 10 days just for the item to ship and then once it did it was the wrong item?? And the item I origianlly ordered was no longer available! Shockingly poor Customer Services who you cannot get hold of via phone and only email to which it takes 3 days to respond!!

Ordered a pair of £114 earrings for my fiancée as a birthday gift, received a cheap RING instead! Couldn't get through on their 0844 "customer service" number, so had to resort to social media to get to get in contact with them. I sent the item back for a refund as it was now out of stock. Haven't heard back after numerous e-mails and Twitter DMs. Their phone lines were also closed at 1PM on a Friday! No way to run an online business. Do not buy from this company. Disgraceful customer service.

I find it ridiculous that a company your size charges a customer to send back items that simply don't fit. Bearing in mind that all sizes aren't the same across different manufacturers! Also, I purchased a pair of shoes for my wife in your sale only to find that 1 of the shoes was an ex display and a different colour to the other due to being in a shop window somewhere! Then after my wife called she was told to pay for postage and put the receipt in with it as oppose to any other solution!!! Terrible service!!!

Whenever I have bought from cruise, the delivery has always been extremely slow (It took 12 days to receive my last items). I would only consider purchasing from cruise again if there was stated delivery times and an option for quicker delivery

Really disappointed with the service i received. It took 11 days to receive my order after me sending 3 emails and numerous calls. The waiting times to get through to customer services were horrendous. Overall very disappointed and would not recommend Cruise

After finishing the order I asked cancel it, but the response is too late and They shipped the item...The shipping cost was not be refunded

Customer service is trouble, I am still waiting to get response regard my order, i order size 8 shoes I received size 7, as I said still waiting to hear from you you need to sort out this mistake done by your company?? I tried to call two time put on hold for 25min still no answer, sent two emails, still no answer How do you real classify such a customer services????????
