I found out the tag of the jeans is not taken off. And it is obvious mistake as the tag is at back of the jeans. I called the shop in belfast n spoke to two girls who are sales n department manager. They asked me to bring back to the shop or return it. But what s the point of doing online shopping? As i love this jeans,why should i return it as it was not my mistake? I paid the standard delivery charge n i will pay more for this mistake if i go to the shop. Both of them did not offer the best compensation. The store manager called me back n said he will write the email n ask me to wait for reply. But nothing happened. I could not wait n have to spend more money on traveling to get the tag off. Because not all of the shops has this kind of big tag. I had been debemham, topshop,DV8,even ASDA. I m very disappointed about this online shopping.

My designer earrings arrived bent. And on the verge of snapping. They wanted me take the timeout of my day to send them back to them when I work office hours the same as the postal services so this isn't possible. And there crappy customer services had nothing to say that could help. Pathetic service. Wouldn't recommend at all. Unless you want deformed jewellery

Poor service, didn't find out til too late item was out of stock, and it had been on internet for 8 weeks and has been sold out all this time and is still on internet now for sale. Disgusting and useless service, sort yourselves out!!

Not impressed. Shoes ordered, came in correct size box but were the wrong size in the box (two sizes too small). When returning I was assured that they had stock and put a pair on hold to send upon receipt for exchange. After a week with no news, called back up and was told that they had no more in stock. No sign of refund.

Send me the goods with a security tag still on them. Took 2 days to reply to an email. Reply not relevant to the issue as it mentions "a faulty product". It was not faulty, just I could not wear it. Phone not answered when called. Pretty poor all round.

I am extreme disappointed with my order as it has arrived with the security tag attached !!! I will now have the inconvenience of taking it to one of your shops to have it removed, I ordetd online to avoid shopping in the first place . To make it worse it is a gift which will now be late, I will never shop with you again.

The product ugg slippers were great .the delivery was very poor payed £6.00 for delivery for it take a week to come ,far to slow for the price .wont be buying from you again .

very disappointed with your stock management and very late respond. I've ordered a pair of white shoes but you sent me black... the funny thing is the label on the box describes as white but actual product inside was black wrapped with broken paper that looks just like chinese fake one. ARE YOU SURE THAT THERE IS NO DUST BAG FOR THIS SHOES?? this is ridiculous stock management. i sent an email to customer service, i haven't got any answers what i asked but lots of adverts and this review form.

There are two terrible shopping experience on me. The first one is I buy a ysl bag on your website it showed I am shopping successfully, then next day you told me the bag is out of stock. your service is very bad . The second shopping experience is that I buy a bag from your website and you give me a wrong bag and I return it to you. But you told me I should wait for 7working days to get a new one. Your service is extremely bad! I hope you will give me the compensation. Please check my order number and my post code is SO14 3PN. Please be responsible for your FAULTS!

I received a Michael kors purse with no packaging and the tag inside the purse. It was just thrown into a black plastic bag and posted. I asked for some wrapping or a box and received a reply last Friday saying Stephanie in customer services would contact the warehouse for packaging but have heard nothing since. I have contacted Michael Kors and have been told all their products should come with outer protective wrapping etc when posted. I have emailed your customer service twice this week for an update but still nothing. I need this wrapping etc as I am to give the purse as a birthday present otherwise I will return it and demand a refund through paypal. My email address is lunat1234@yahoo.co.uk so I would appreciate a reply asap.

The dress came with the security tag still on it. Needed the dress for a party so had to send the dress back. Sent it on Monday to yourself and this is Friday and I still have not had a refund or a email to say you received it. Very disappointed in the service and in turn will never buy from cruise again!!!!!!

I still have not received my order I've emailed cruise and was told my item was left at no 77 having spoken to the resident at 77 no item was left. I spoke to my next door neighbour who had a yodel delivery form saying package was at back porch again no package there. Informed cruise and are still waiting on some form I need to fill out. Overall very bad first impression of buying online at cruise

I ordered an Alexander Wang Rockie bag in the color Flamingo. It was stained. I'm In the process if returning the item. I had emailed twice on this matter & finally received a response. Also, I fid kit like the packaging of the item. I had to pay extra delivery charges which I thought were already included in my order. Disappointed!

Not only had to pay postage for item to be delivered had to pay to return it as well adding another 15 to purchase won't be using them again

Unfortunately not a good online shopping experience, due to the fact the security tag was left on the purchased item and had to be sent back to be removed, meaning my son could not wear it on the date he wanted it for! Although the customer services team have been very helpful dealing with this matter and organising for the postage to be refunded, it has been very inconvenient.

Firstly you sent me the wrong item, I then did not receive the item I initially ordered. You always took too long to email me back, one of your workers told me I would be reinbursed for the money I spent sending back the wrong item you have me but I did not.
