I returned the shirt because the size did not fit. I returned it 1st class and I have still to receive a replacement or email and I have tracked the parcel and it was signed for on Tuesday.. This is now Friday and I haven't had a response. Extremely disappointed in the service.

I received the display pair with scratches and a plain box not even the make of the trainers! Absolutely appaulled at the service.. Paying £200 for trainers to revive the display pair and £6 rediculous amount for postage! Horrible company!!

One item was out of stack however it let me place the order, tried to cancel the whole order but wouldn't let me as admin don't work weekends. This is the second time I've purchased from you lot and will be the last !!

Very loyal customer to Cruise and the Customer Service is terrible wanted to but a £460 jacket the Glasgow store told me they would order it in and call me 3 weeks later no call so called again spoke to another assistant promised a call back guess what no call, so ordered on line took over a week to come, this has happened a few times now to me, have recently emailed customer service about my loyalty voucher and guess what no reply

Placed my order got a text to say parcel would be delivered on saturday. Then amother text to say parcel was delivered but parcel was not delivered. Yodel are saying that parcel was left with next Door neighbour but hasnt so now am missing my item :-(

Placed an online order which was delivered by collect+. Arrived at the newsagent, but no release code had been sent so the newsagent was unable to give me my parcel even with the correct ID. Tried to contact Cruise via email, but no response for days! When I did get a response I was given the wrong release code! Contacted via email again, no response again for days. When I finally got a response the parcel had already been sent back! In the end I managed to get a full refund. There needs to be a better contact facility i.e. telephone number which could have easily solved this.

I did not receive the item I ordered and The item I revived was unsuitable. I returned the item asking for an exchange as it was for a gift. I was told I could not exchange it add it had to be the same product. ...not the same product code! However in the returns and exchanges it states the same product. I wanted to exchange a vivienne westwood bracelet for a vivienne westwood bracelet. ... I have had to wait 2 weeks to get a refund and reorder as I could not exchange!!

Ordered a Vivviene Westwood jumper and it came with a hole in the front !! emailed and phoned ,no replies for two weeks eventually received an email sent photograph of the said item and stillno word from cruise , still waiting for a satisfactory reply

The treatment I received from your poorly ran sending out process was a disgrace and I will not be using your shop again I will also not be holding back to tell others of the shambolick service.

Absolutely appalling place to shop online and store. Tried to purchase shoes in store when took them out of box they had been worn!!! Ordered them online and received complete opposite of what I ordered, navy canvas instead of white leather!!! Never again !!!

Order took far too long to arrive after paying £6 for p and p Was ordered on Tuesday didn't arrive until the following week, I then had to pay again to return it. Far better service from mainline menswear . Don't think I will be using cruise online again

I have been writing multiple times to the customer care (more than 10 for the past 2 weeks) and also used the contact option (question: Can I Cancel my order) on the site, to request for a return on my VAT (as my order is to Malaysia) and NO ONE has attended to it. Until today, there is no reply and my mails are ignored. My order number is CRUS40000015137110 There is no response and follow up. Please return me my VAT! I am still waiting! As of today (April 14, 2015) I have not heard from anyone yet!! Michael

I ordered 2 items from Cruise, one was found to not be in stock, the other item was delivered with a fault. I contacted Cruise to 'attempt' to arrange successful possession of at least part of my order by requesting an identical replacement piece be made available for dispatch upon receiving the faulty return. I was told in an email reply that holding items was not possible and that 8 pieces in that size were available. One day later, having received the item returned, Cruise emailed me with confirmation of receipt and confirmation that there were no longer any replacements available. To say i am disappointed, once again, with Cruise's customer services is an understatement; i have no doubt that the Cruise customer service staff do their best and Bethan who contacted me in response to my request was polite and provided me with the details described above, but Cruise customer service policy is clearly a limited to industry lip service, all the right noises are made but there really isn't any sincerity, on previous occasions my emails have been completely ignored. Perhaps Cruise are too big to give a damn.

I have sent several emails in the last 2 weeks regarding a refund from an order Flan40000014908967 and I've still got no reply when my tracking number says the product was received back on the 23rd of March.I'll be going futher about this issue if not replied to soon.

I am deeply upset with the overall service from Cruise Fashion. Being a regular customer and regularly visiting stores in Derby and Leicester, the service from the online team has been dreadful. It was just a simply quarry which lead on to become a huge issue. I would receive template responses from customer service and it was so obvious the concerns raised had not been assessed or investigated. I continue to reply to the e-mails I would receive and as always, I would receive a template e-mail simply offering an apology and nothing more. I called through to customer service a number of times, and after being on hold for almost 45 minutes, I was forced to put the phone down. When I was able to get through to Customer Service, the advisor would try and hurry me along, taking very little interest in my concern and almost dismissing the issue at hand. I would have a different advisors retuning my e-mail and it was clear they had no idea what the issue was or what was said in past e-mails. There was no personal service at all. Advisors such as Fatima Ali who I spoke to over the phone just kept talking over me, showed no interest or concern regarding the quarry or the fact that I had been waiting for a lengthy period of time. I felt she was just logging and flogging my concerns, and trying to rush through as many calls as possible. After several e-mail and calls, I finally managed to speak with Angela Cunningham who managed to resolve my issue and provide respectable service. But by this point it was too little too late to be frank. Although I appreciate everything Angela had to offer and this service should have been provided much sooner.

Ordered Y3 trainers costing £180. When received were in a blank shoebox and opened to discovered black marks on the trainers, creases and dirty souls so they had obviously been worn. Sent an email to complain and the only response I received was 'I am sorry to hear that the items were unsuitable' which is absolutely ridiculous. Went to return the trainers only to discover that online items cannot be returned to stores and to return these would be at my own cost. They sent me worn trainers and I have to fork out to return them to get my money back?! Very disappointing and will not be using again.
