Still not recieved my delivery yet no calling card left if i have missed the courier so i dont know what to do next would lime some feed bacn to know what to do next

I found some shoes i like, then i e-mailed them asking about the size - and they told me to follow their size-guide. Then i ordered the shoes and when they arrived the size wasn't right - so i e-mailed them that the size wasn't correct and their size-guide is wrong but after weeks of communication they still won't pay for my package-return.. they keep telling me that it is my own fault. won't ever buy anything here again - and i won't recommend other to do as well. This is very bad costumer care!

This is the first time I shop at Cruise Fashion and I am really impressed with the speedy delivery,however,when I open up the package,I am appalled to see the condition of the bag! There are some marks on the front of the bag,and multiple scratch marks at the back of the bag and the dust bag,it was extremely filthy!Whilst I appreciate the bag is 30% discount off but I do not expect the bag in this 'condition' because had i known if the bag is in such a state,I wouldn't have paid £854 for it!sorry but not only at 30% off definitely!called up customer service to complain in the end and receive a mere 5% off which is absolutely pathetic and I really do not feel that Cruise really value me as a customer at all as I felt the 5% discount extremely patronising!i reluctantly accept the further 5% discount as I really really like that bag very much although I have to say this will be last time I will be shopping at Cruise!

I am highly disappointed with the service at cruise. I ordered for two dresses, one of which was a two piece co-ordinate set, Cruise only sent me the crop top without the pencil skirt. i have called their customer assistance twice with the promise of calling me back after investigating my complaints which they never did. I am returning the order and will probably never use the Cruise online store again.

My bag and purse took 1 week to arrive once it arrived bag was damaged it has cost me £11 to return so im out of pocket. Im hoping this can be resolved

I still haven't received the jacket I paid £550 for and yodel tracking number is wrong and they can't place my jacket , very poor

Slow service (postage and handling) yet expensive shipping charges. Nice products but bad customer service - in other words slow and unresponsive. Will not buy again.

I think it's a terrible that you are unable to return items in store & need to pay postage. I had to pay for delivery & then £12 to return

Im very angry the way ive been treated i ordered trainers but they were wrong size sent them back to you and not herd anything or had my money back its ridiculous

Ordered 3 items shipping was very fast but over priced shipping at £6 only recieved two items instead of 3 and had to wait 3 days for a letter to be emailed to send back

Only sent one shoe, one week later I am still waiting on an apology and a discount as the partner shoe (which I eventually received) was damaged. Shocking customer service.

I received my order from Cruise and was deeply disappointed with the packaging and wrapping of all 5 of my items. 2 pairs of shoes where the box was completely damaged and the dress that was ordered was stained all down the front and back. I am also deeply disappointed that when returning the dress I was ask to pay for delivery which came at a cost of £8.55. It is definitely not a website I would use again, I have ordered from Harvey Nicols and Selfridges where the service, delivery and packaging is a lot more sufficient and value for money for the same brands!

Hi I was very disappointed as an understatement with the product/consignment I received. I ordered a designer bag for my wife as an anniversary present but to my total dissatisfaction I was surprised initially with the method of packaging used, this only comprised of a plastic outer bag and the actual bag in a cruise bag, at a minimum I would've expected the bag to be in a box to ensure robust packaging and therefore mitigate potential damage issues. In addition I was mortified to find the actual drawstring branded bag was dirty with marks which is totally unacceptable & furthermore the bottom section of the bag looked used. This experience was very dissatisfying, and would potentially have a detrimental impact on any future business I place with cruise.

I bought an expensive Paul Smith polo shirt and it arrived with a button missing and the small envelope containing the spares was empty. I declined sending it back due to no more stock. In order to get any discount I was asked to send photos by email....... Not my forte. I said I'd source a button myself due to the palaver. And that was that. I was told that they couldn't find any buttons. I know it's seems petty but for a polo costing £125 I expect more!!

Took over a week for item to be proccessed and when i asked all they said was there has been a delay. Although once this was done delivery was very quick.

Really disappointed with the service I received. I ordered on Monday evening and didn't receive my item until Saturday. Other retailers like end and oi polloi the items are received within 48 hours. I won't be back using your company in a hurry that's for sure.
