I will never buy anything on cruise anymore,bought 5 items and only receive 4 items,send an email to know why 1 item was missing from my package and and was told to send a picture of the package which I have done twice and since then never heard anything from them,bunch of cowboys,will never recommend this shop to anyone

I placed this order on late Friday night and cancelled first thing on Saturday morning. I contacted customer service to inform and due to their no flexible working hours no one replied to me till late Monday morning and by this time it was too late to cancel. They also is no telephone number you can call to cancel. I requested my delivery charge back from Olivia in customer service and was told no. So not only did it cost me £5.99 for delivery it also cost £3.95 to return. I wouldn't shop there again due to the bad customer service. Now I'm out of pocket by £9.94.

They had a 70% discount on a set of clothing. I put some of these items in my basket and upon checking out the price went back to normal. I emailed them to explain and receive a portion of my money back and have hardly received a response. I have forwarded proof that I have paid a higher price than they were offering but their customer service agent Amy states she doesn't understand and can't give me a portion of the money back. Now I am still waiting for a reply but they have asked me to leave a review. Have shopped here before and had no negative experiences but it looks like I will no longer shop here and will go for a refund if they continue to not reply to my messages.

I found it very frustrating that I couldn't contact Cruise by telephone and when I sent an email it took almost a week to get a reply!!!! Extremely poor customer service

Received item quickly, but upon inspection item had mark on front and two faults (slight tears) on the sleeves. I emailed asking was it possible to return or even return in person as I live close by. email eventually came back stating sorry for faults, either return or send photos and possibility of reduction in cost ( I am aware item was already reduced) no mention of returning in person. I then sent photos of faults, but no reply for a couple of days, then email stating you had not received photos and needed photos in pdf format. i spent the best part of two hours downloading software and putting photos in pdf format. Again a few days past and a email returned stating you had not recieved photos again. I stressed throughout process i hadn't the time to be returning item via post and prob just as quick to drive there in person, i was also worried remaining stock would sell before you received goods back so needed a quick turnaround. Currently shirt sits in wardrobe still with labels on, I will wear it eventually but will be aware of marks on it. Sadly I wouldn't purchase from you again. I do appreciate buying clothing online does have a element of risk about it, but returning and communication should be better than this. Normally a returns label ( sometimes even freepost) would be included in the item to make it that bit easier. Normally I would not bother giving feed back but your questionnaire prompted me.

Appalling after-sales who unaware of it's own offers! Gave me voucher code for items returned in accordance with it's Christmas returns offer. Eventually agreed to provide a refund.

Do not order from this website. I ordered an item in January and never received product, I was never offered a replacement item nor a full refund. Very poor customer service.

Have used cruise for many years. This will be last time , on line is horrendous service. Item was returned for refund they still haven't refunded me. No contact number on website. Just email service which they ignore as I've sent two. rang derby for number staff wouldn't give number manager refused to as to busy to get me number. yet someone had given it me previously there. Terrible customer service. Would not use again

I received my order with marks on the front of my shoes and jumper was in poor condition and pluck on it. None of the items came in protective packaging.

Scammed me £751.00 I Placed an order on the 14-09-15 and still waiting for it to arrive its now 14-03-16 i cant believe i have not yet received my goods or refund what a joke will not recommend Cruise to anyone and will be calling my solicitor now.

Probably one of the worst online shopping I have done. Cruise has NO customer service. No number ia listed to call as I had a question about my order, and when I finally refrived the number by calling one of the stores, noboy amawers the phones. I filled out the online question to customer service, but nobody bothered to answer. I received a notice that my package had shipped to the US the same day it was already attempted ro be delivered to me. i do a lot of online shopping, but never experienced such a bad customer service!! A real shame for an otherwise well reputed retailer.

Ordered pair of Hugo boss jogging bottoms at a price of £100 and £5.99 posting I received a text message from yodel parcel delivery service saying my order was left with a neighbour I asked my neighbours whom are all elderly and disabled if a parcel was delivered nobody on your side cannot tell me who signed for my parcel I am extremely disappointed upset and angry nobody has e-mailed me to resolve this issue which is been ongoing for almost a month I have been a loyal customer to cruise clothing for over twenty years because my medical conditions I cannot shop in store were I was treated with respect and extremely good in store customer service I would like this issue resolved I am minus 105.99 for a item I have not received or full explanation for yours sincerely Mr William Maxwell

Sent wrong colour cost and suddenly the colour I had ordered disappeared from the website. I sent an e mail as I had to pay return postage and I have still not had s reply. Wonder how long it will take to get the refund

Disgusted.... I ordered a Hugo boss jacket for my sons birthday, when it arrived it wasn't like it was in the picture , the Hugo boss logo was missing on the arm of the jacket !! Still waiting for my refund !! I also ordered 3 pairs of Hugo boss boxers....when they arrived the box was all open and tore and the boxers were just screwed up inside !!!! Will not be ordering from cruise again !
