Ordered 4600 pounds of clothes. 3 Jackets It came badly packed leaving jackets creased and collars out of shape. No coat hangers from the brands despite the price- c2k per jacket. No bags. Just clear zip seal bags. I returned them and had to pay an insane £250 to return them (

Not a great experience so far!!... Ordered two garments, recieved the wrong ones so returned them for exchange! Then to be accused of returning the incorrect items when processing the return and are now being sent back to me again to "check"... Don't know what for when they were returned as recieved but obviously they don't check before sending out as much as when they receive them back to avoid refunding the money!! Don't know what's happening here!!

When sending back my order it costed me over £8, then because it was tracked delivery I checked and it got there on the 21st before 12pm and 5 days later I still hadnt receieved an email to tell me they had recieved it I had to email them myself to check and when questioned why my postage was so high they dismissed that part of the email and replied to the second part. Very bad service which isnt good enough considering the amount of money that was spent.

Wrong product was sent out, you never replied to any of my emails to stop order being processed, you didn't reply to any of my emails whatsoever.

I can't tell you how disappointed I was to receive this order. 2 of the items are not what I ordered at all. 1 of the items does not look like the picture of what I ordered. And the condition the clothes arrived in looked like someone had just thrown them into a bag - apart from the dresses everything else was completely crumpled and crushed - I have taken a photo. I'm away on holiday for a few days and was planning to call customer service on my return.

I have received a dirty and damage item. Ordered a shirt it was dirty plus a button is missing. The other shirt was all crumbled like if it was worn before

The item you sent me had stains, one of the shoes was missing a tag and there was a pen mark.

Well I understand that sometimes items do go out of stock, but unfortunately for me the items that went out of stock were the items I initially wanted. The rest were just added as I was browsing and thought 'oh seeing as I am paying a delivery charge, I may as well see how these items are.' I think when you cancel an item, you should give the customers a choice of whether or not they want the remainder... what if it was an outfit I wanted to put together? I feel like I paid a delivery charge for something I didn't really want (as I wanted the cancelled items more so). I hope this makes sense!

I have not yet received my order which was placed last Wednesday evening, last message sent 25th sept. to say on my way from yodel but nothing as yet? I paid £5.99 p&p and expected better, used other sites and much better delivery times

Terrible customer service- extremely slow, not at all comparable to similar sites. Such a pity as this acts as a deterrent to ordering on the Cruise site.

Sent me the wrong stone island jumper!!!It was cheaper than the one a order and still took the full price out for the other jumper!!and a think it's terrible that they charge you £6 delivery charge when half of the stuff you get are over £100!!!!'

The product I received was faulty. I informed the Cruise team on Monday and I have had a reply on Tues and Wed, since then nobody has bothered to get back to me. I am disgusted that I couldn't have a replacement sent out to me as I needed it for the weekend. Awful customer service.
