The price I paid was 340 yet when my goods arrived it says 305 on the box ??

HI, All items are checked before dispatch and therefore I can only apologize that your item was sent with an in-store sale sticker attached. As you may agree, prices differ between retail and on-line outlets. As the advertised price was paid, we are unable to issue a refund for the difference in amounts. Bought 2 suits at combined retail value of £790 both arrived thrown together in a single bag with additional £6 for delivery. Returned at cost of another £6. Will not purchase from cruise again. Dissapointed.

The quality of the product was not as described and I will be arranging for this to be returned. The material and quality of workmanship in the items was extremely poor.

I originally ordered 3 polo tops but ended up receiving 2 with the 3rd item being a pair of trousers. The incorrect items code was completely different and my order receipt clearly stated I had ordered a top. The delivery slip had no contact number for a customer services line so I had to visit my local cruise store just to obtain that. The store were unhelpful and said they don't deal with online orders which seems ridiculous as every other high street store do. When I rang customer services I spoke to an advisor named Stephanie who advised me to re-order the item I wanted again as I needed it before the Thursday of that week and I had to repay for the delivery as well as the returns which I had to go to the post office for. Stephanie advised she would refund me my delivery charges upon your end receiving the item back I am extremely dissatisfied with the whole customer experience I have had with Cruise Online. This was my first order and not only did you get you get it wrong I had to go back and forth for your mistake. The item I wanted eventually arrived but I am awaiting the refund of my delivery charges and refund for the incorrect item I returned back to you . I would like someone to contact me as soon as possible to tell me when I will get this.

I sent an email complaining about my items. I ordered medium polo tops and the tops are more like a large even a xl. I am also shocked to find that I have to pay to return the items when I already forked out £5.99 to get to sent to me. Any respectable company would order free returns but I'm guessing you already know how rubbish the stuff is you send out. SHOCKING

Hello I still not received items and the price dropped 44 pond just a day after I paid. So I asked to price match but it was rejected. Anyway where are my itmes and when can I receive them? Can I refund them and purchase a discounted price then?

In few weeks I had problem with two orders. Maybe one of them was via USC but my understanding is that you are same company. First, I bought two packs of trunks and two days later I was informed that on stock is only one pack is available. This means that final price for one pack of trunks was very unfavorable having in mind fixed delivery costs. Second, I bought some DKNY stuff in two different bags but you send it to me as one bag and from that reason I had issue with custom and need to pay additional taxes (apx 80 eur for custom and VAT). Total purchasing price was apx 120 eur for two bags and with this additional cost, final price was around 200 eur. All in all, very disappointing.

I'm very disappointed of Cruise fashion. My item came dirty with marks and they just offered try to wash it or return. Cruise fashion team sent me dirty item !! If I would like to return I will have to pay delivery costs and they didn't care if it wasn't my fault!

1 Shoe (PUMA Bog Sock Core Trainers) came very bad quality: torn sole and back is ripped. I don't know how they even send this shoes to me, why did not check before sending. All packages OK except puma box (which is ripped)

Didn't receive the majority of my order, although calling up several time and sending in numerous emails still haven't heard anything back. No guidance or assistance was given on what to do. Still waiting for a response several weeks later.

The purchase and delivery process was spot on, but I am very annoyed to have to pay for returns delivery. Surely the biggest issue an online fashion store faces is customer unease from purchasing without trying on and testing, so a basic online customer need is to have the confidence that if they don't like what they get then the return/refund process is easy and seamless. Having to pay 10%+ of the original cost for return shipping is terrible.

The electronic tag was left on one of the items I purchased meaning I had to take it into the Glasgow store to be removed, also one of the t shirts was grubby
