I ordered a jumper, delivery within 3-5 working days! Text to say be delivered 1st sept ordered 31st Aug! Nondelivery DPD state not in depo & cruise sat with DPD

Really poor quality item. Had to pay initial postage and return postage too, shocking a customer has to pay that.

ordered a top for a birthday and it arrived with a fault in it. asked customer services for help as needed item replacing quickly. Was advised return it and it will be turned around in 30 days, not helpful at all. so may be forced to give someone something faulty , will not use again

I received a bashed opened box for the Armani belt I ordered and when opened to check it, it was actually a Paul smith belt.

Sent faulty item hole in side of Dress where tag came out why don't they look over things before they send them out .not happy

The website is great. But the service in the Ingram Street Branch in Glasgow is awful. If you go into the 2nd floor without putting on your best glamorous look, they treat you with contempt. I have experienced this several times now. It's a shame that they don't realise that a casual jacket and trainers gives no indication of their customer's spending potential. The 3rd floor assistants are much more professional.

Item not as described! Michelle from customer service advised she'd call back within 4 hrs! 24hrs later still no call back... sort it out

Whilst Cruise undoubtedly have a wonderful selection of products, the customer services aspect is shocking. I submitted a query and received a curt reply back with no follow up after I questioned their response. They don't respond via social media either, Unfortunately the company seem all too happy to take your money but aren't worried about long term custom. A great shame.

I ordered a Vivienne Westwood wallet from your website as a present for my partner's birthday. When the wallet arrived it was not the same as the one advertised on the website. The website stated that the wallet had a money pocket for the storage of coins and this is clearly shown in the pictures on the website. However the wallet which arrived does not have this money pocket and is just a card holder. It resembles the cheaper wallet which is available on your website. I contacted Cruise by email, sending pictures and explaining the issue. However, 5 days later I have yet to receive a response. I will be returning the wallet and will never use Cruise again.

Sent the email to request 'certificate of origin' and no one ever replied nor emailed me after cruise sent me 'we will answer you in next day' letter.

That's the last few things I have ordered online that have came have been the wrong size or damaged , been a customer for 20 years and it's getting worse am sorry to say

I received a wrong color product and the Customer servicer refused to change the product to closest similar color what I'Ve ordered (product that I ordered was sold out meanwhile). I had to go to post Office to return my order and pay it myself first. So I had to go through all this trouble and I Still dont have what I ordered.
