I ordered a pair of trainers on Black Friday when there was 20% off. I was busy at work and trying to order quickly on my lunch break I forgot to put the promo code in at checkout. The transaction went through. There is no phone number to contact customer service. The only way to contact is email so I email straight away asking can my order be cancelled and I will reorder and put the code in? I then email regarding same order asking if you can't cancel the order can I be refunded the 20%. The trainers were £215 so £43 is quite a big discount to lose out on. I only had an email to say that my querie was in a queue and someone would be in touch. That was Friday 24th November and it's now a few hours away from 1st December. I have received the item fine but I think it's really poor customer service

After spending 6.99 on delivery to a shop I was then sent the completely wrong bad code.

Courier did not deliver to right address, lost parcel, lost money and cruise have done nothing but delay me getting a refund

Sent numerous emails and called several times over the past week , still no reply , I find the way I’ve been treated absolutely discusting I have emailed yourself 3 times now, I recently placed an order with yourself that was suppose to be delivered on Saturday , I was home all day no parcel was left , a calling card was left stating that my parcel was left at my front door , no parcel was left , after contacting dpd I was advised a photograph taken by the courier states parcel was left at the front door , no parcel has been left , I am absolutely disgusted at the fact I paid money for a delivery service that I haven’t received ,

Horrific customer service. Delivery was initially to the wrong place and then late Received wrong item and still haven’t found out what’s happening with it Never experienced such bad service

I ordered in a CP Jacket or at least asked them to keep a XXL in the Edinburgh branch as i was travelling up from Newcastle for the night and wanted to pick it up. I asked the girl twice if this was Ok and was assured it wasn't a problem. When i got there they said they had nonoe in that size and were not aware of my call. They said someone came in earlier that day and bought the last one!!! Very poor service. Left a bad taste. I can by CP from many places... Why use Cruise in the future

I spent a lot of money and used a discount code with 20% Off, then the following day after purchasing, you sent me another discount code with 20% Off + £50 every £200 I spent I would have saved another £300 very upset

Very disappointed! They blocked all my money for 5 days on stock that was sold was not available. Then, when tried to buy something else, my card declined so I missed the 20% discount. When my money was returned they didn’t honour the discount at the store as I had missed the time. Also I couldn’t buy it online which had the cyber20 code because the item had ran out while I was trying to buy from the store. I went to flannels Metrocentre too for the scarf. The staff there said “blame mike or Micheal Ashley” god knows who he is!! They wouldn’t honour it too even though online had 20% the Gucci scarves.

Terrible service! Will never shop with Cruise again. The product I received was damaged, sent multiple e-mails and never received a reply! Definitely will not recommend.

I ordered a pair of Junior spike Louboutins and after 4 weeks of going into the shop and phoning your Glasgow store advised me these were LOST. Complete lack of communication during this period of 4 weeks. I then ordered two tshirts off your website - neither looked like the picture on the website. The Moschino top arrived in a tattered/bashed box. Thoroughly learned my lesson not to shop at Cruise.

It's like a mess. Employees have no basic knowledge. So I have not heard the answer yet. I can not make a connection even if I make a phone call. If you do that, I do not know why there is a phone number or a customer center. And you do not keep your promises. The date you promised to answer was already in the past. Why is your customer center so incompetent and unfriendly? I'm really angry.

I have sent massages via Facebook and also left comments on cruise fashion posts on Facebook.... you have hidden my comments rather than reply!! Your customer services and order process is a joke.... I ordered items and 3 days later at 12.05 you told me two weren’t in stock... I sent an email at 6am Saykng to canceks the whole order as the items were part of two outfits and without all of them it was no good!! When I rang your customer services they told me that no one would have picked up the email at that time.... you can send the but can’t read them....! Instead of deducting the monies from the money I already paid you decided to take an additional money from my paypal meaning I had to wait 4 days for a full refund rather than the difference! All in all not a good experience!! I don’t even think you will bother to read this either
