The right shoe was badly worn. These were to be my wedding shoes. I emailed a photo to your customer service team almost a week ago and have received no reply. Appalling service.

You gave me the wrong bar code so I came away from the collection point empty handed. I phoned stuck in a queue, emailed twice to no avail. I even sent a Facebook message still nothing. I phoned dpd waited 50 minutes to be told the fault was with Cruise. You have taken my money but I have nothing. My son is without his Christmas present.

I ordered a pair of Christian Loub shoes they arrived quickly unfortunately they had a sale price on at £160 cheaper than I paid Cruise didn’t honour this even when I was asked to send pictures (which I did) took the taste of buying them and obviously they are going back

From rude employees to such employees not knowing how to deal with customer relation issues, giving wrong & inaccurate information, until it then taking myself to reach a 3rd customer service member of staff (Dave) to finally help & assist with my previous issues.

Ive been a customer of cruise for 8+ years, recently I orderd a pair of white d&g trainers which came and had little marks on them I wasn't happy but was an inconviance sending them back so never botherd, then got my gf a pair of valentio trainers that lasted about a week and one of the metal studds fell off, and was in the town today and went for another pair of d&g trainers was in about 10am the store wasnt busy at all and had to wait over 20 mins on somebdy serving me then when the guy brought them for me to try on after looking at them they had obviously been worn as they had about 6 scuff marks at diffrent bits of the trainers and had threads coming lose when I asked why I was brought trainers in such a state the boy said he thinks they had been scuffed off the box which is absolute rubbish they have obviously been returned, why are cruise taking back trainers that have obviously been worn or is it a member of staff that have been wearing them? They never had another pair in my size so I left without them, cruise has went down hill very disapointed

Bought balenciaga trainers at £455 the box was filtyhy and had dirty finger prints on it, trainers had been clearly tried on and possible returned, called cruise in Glasgow to ask why and the assistant told me all the balenciaga boxes are like that and gave me customer service number I've called and left a message plus emailed cruise and left a picture on the Instagram DM I've still haven't heard back. Anyways I think if your paying £455 for these evething should arrive in immaculate condition I'm very disappointed.

I placed a order online last week to be informed by text it had been delivered and signed for by myself which was impossible as I wasn't home delivery people did post note saying were it was but unfortunately it wasn't so nearly a week on I have had more response from dpd than cruise a have phoned cruise emailed etc to be told by cruise even though I have paid for my goods I won't receive them by Christmas disgusted with service really upset

Ordered made on Dec 15 got only one email from website till I asked where my order because took long and never hear anything since I place order then they just send me another email . Shipping took long and didnt tell anything

After spending nearly £1800 you have a sale of 50% off. There was nothing on your website informing if an imminent sale when I ordered. I feel that this is not the way to keep customers especially if they are spending a lot of money

where do i start? i placed an order and it said order processed. I waited four days and the order had not moved out of processed status. I then rang to be told they were trying to figure out what happened with my order. I was promised a callback twice and never received it. i had to call back twice myself only to be told they still did not know what was going on with my order. Whenever i called back on fir day i escalated it to a manager. I was then told that the order had finally been picked and processed. Probably one of the worst customer service/ordering expieriences i have ever went through.

The t shirt I bought was described as a regular fit and to pick usual size . When it arrived it fit like an xs ( I ordered a medium ). Not happy at all.
