I bought a black Stone Island badge knit jumper last week on Monday, accidentally paid twice, because of some problems regarding payment with Paypal. However I have no order on my account on the website, and I have sent three e-mails to them since last Monday, but not gotten a single answer in 10 days. I feel scammed. Also, their customer service phone number doesn't work. Very disappointed...

The the wrong item got delivered then was out of stock when I wanted to exchange had to travel to Nottingham to get the item and the free postage label never arrived had to pay to for return when it was your mistake

Good service regarding delivery,but at a cost of £7 & then another £11 to return coat as yous recommend sending it back registered post so it had to be that service so i had proof of posting as i was not taking any chances with a coat that cost nearly £500 ,You would think a company like cruise would cover the cost of delivery & returns like most companys do so i am £18 out of pocket & no coat as i didnt like it plus it was way too big & i had ordered my nomal size yous should state that its very big made online so people know to order smaller size.Worst online shopping experience i have ever had.

I bought a Belstaff jacket which cost me £360. It didn't fit me so I had to return it back and I had to pay for the return postage. I paid 6.99 to get the jacket posted to me so in total I paid £11 pounds for post expenses. In my opinion it is silly when buying expensive clothing to pay for the returns as well. Wont use Cruise web shopping ever again.

EDINBURGH BRANCH GEORGE STREET BREAKING THE LAW UNDER 2015 consumer act legislation on faulty damaged products returned within 28 days :- Doesn't get worse than this , sold a faulty item that had damage to the cuff "stone island " returned a week after purchase all tags in place not worn the manager said nothing just started filling in a form I asked him what was happening he said he needed to return it to the supplier and would hear back within 7/10 days . Today I received a call from him saying that the damage must have been done by my son and was not going to offer a replacement or refund . I told him that was not true and the item was not checked at the point of sale . He told me that was it and if we didn't pick the item up within 3 weeks it would be destroyed . Appalling ! And after reading the other reviews not the first person to be treated this way . This is backstreet trading , you go to any reputable place they refund or replace straight away with the receipt. Be warned we never expected this and are now going down the legal route . Useful 1

Delivery was outstanding and product arrived the next day. Tad expensive though. I use cruise quite a lot and have ordered one of the products I ordered before. The first one was superb and arrived boxed and packaged as you would expect. However the one I ordered this time arrived in bubble wrap only. Love the product but extremely dissatisfied with the packaging. Understand it may be the last one and from display in one of the shops, but would have expected to be told or advised that product wasn't complete.

My order was shipped but according to the tracking information it went back to Cruise for an unknown reason. I was then refunded but both emails inquiring as to why the shipment had gone back and asking to send it again went unanswered. Unreliable and unresponsive merchant.

By far the worst in store customer service I have ever received from any retail outlet in my life. Extremely rude and patronising manager, rude, unproffesional and obnoxious in store staff and an overall experience I’d like to forget. Honestly would advise anyone I know against shopping with cruise if they want to have a products that are easily exchangeable and/ or are expecting a high customer service level that you expect when visiting ships such as yours.

I was really disappointed that my dress arrived with the security tag from the shop still attached. The dress was for a function I was attending that weekend so therefore I did not have time to send back and have it resent out.

I was sent a replica belt which was also near enough half the price I was charged when the website does not state anything about the item not being authentic I have sent a complaint and not heard anything back this has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced attached are photos of what I received as well as the invoice which states how much I was charged

I am extremely unhappy that I had to pay for postage and have endless problems with the courier service. My parcel was not delivered on the day it was supposed to be, I received bogus delivery updates, I made endless phone calls trying to locate my parcel. It then got dumped on my doorstep. The contents are expensive I would of expected it to be delivered in a timely and safe manner. My signature was not even taken. Why did I pay for postage when the service I received was like 2nd class standard delivery.

Returns policy does appear to be extremely flawed. Of course just my opinion but there are other top end clothing companies who understand how to treat customers fairly.

Wrong colour of Coach bag sent. I have sent 2 emails concerning the matter and have had no correspondence back as yet. A very sad first time shopper with Cruise.

I have not received my parcel yet after receiving a text from you saying it would be here on the 05/01/18. I contacted the courier service to find out it has been lost. I want my full delivery refund and to speak to one of your managers. I am disgusted with this service.

Was told by email and text that my order was going to be delivered on the 02/01/18 but never arrived that day after I had waited in all day. After it arrived on the 03/01/18 I emailed and asked why this happened and all I was told that it was getting delivered that day, when I reply and ask again never got any response.

I am totally disgusted with cruise. I purchased Jimmy Choo shoes for my wedding. I paid £425. When I got them they were damaged and had a sale sticker on the bottom for £298. I phoned customer care. Waiting 30mins. To be told to send email with damage. 2days later no reply. No apologies nothing plus you are selling the shoes in ur outlet shop for £298. And I’ve paid 425 for a damaged pair. I am going to trade and standers. I get married in a week and now don’t have shoes. I’ve sent 6 emails to customer care. And nothing!!!
