I ordered shoes and paid £10 for next day delivery. 3 days later and I’m still waiting 😡 not the service I’d expect when paying a premium for upgraded delivery service

I will definitely NOT go anywhere near Cruise fashion store again in my entire life. The staff just think they have every right to insult you and be rude. They have no customer service at all and they are not professional. The new trainers I purchased they are soo uncomfortable. Definitely waste of my £77.00

Bought Michael kors handbag for my sisters birthday which arrived damaged. Phoned cruise and they offered a mere £24 reduction. I declined as the bag wasn’t fit to keep and definitely not at that price! I even had to ask for a returns label as they hadn’t sent one out with handbag.

Clothes ordered came in no poly bags, there were stains on front of garment also fading to shoulder areas, having to pay to return items that are faulty is not on, will not order online from cruise again as this isn’t my first bad experience of doing so.

I ordered a 2 pack of Hugo Boss T-shirts, when I opened the box on of the T-shirts had a stain on the front of it, which led me to believe somebody had already returned the item and it was then re-sold. I'm going to wash the item, if the stain does not come out I'm going to return it.

Wrong sizing on website, ordered 3 suits, they cost 6.99 postage (£1500 worth of suits) they came next day so had to post back the suits for an exchange for 2 for the correct sizes and one refund. Cruise clothing helpline they'll only answer if they can be bothered and you will always Be 2nd in the queue and an average call answer time is 21 mins, I then posted the items for an exchange it cost me £20 postage. I've called and emailed and no reply. If it's not sorted today I'm calling trading standards.

I thought I would be able to take the on line items I bought into cruise shop in glasgow and exchange for a bigger size but the items had to be returned to the online where I purchased them costing £10 and I had already paid £7 delivery so I won't be using cruise again and my daughter had to go through the same procedure.

Would normally say 5 stars for sure with service etc from Cruise. The latest order arrived with dusty, dirty and ripped packaging with two of the items labels showing different prices one being marked down by 50% from £170 to £85. I have been charged and paid £170. The items were in a Flannels bag and not Cruise.

I placed a very large order and to return the goods is going to cost over £50 as returns are not accepted in store. I have emailed customer services twice and still not had a reply. When I spoke with them they weren’t very helpful. Ridiculous customer service and process.

After receiving an item which was incorrectly described on the website, I emailed the customer service department and was advised I would receive a response within 48 hours. 72 hours later I did not receive a reply, therefore sent another email. 48 hours later, I am yet to receive a response.

I feel very disappointed with the service. I have been waiting for the item for all this time. Once i receive the item it is a faulty. I have paid for the delivery fee and my return fee. I will not to consider to deal with Cruise again.
