Still awaiting delivery I believe it's DPD they keep changing del date but I think this is poor when delivery is £6.99. I have place another order since then on 09/07/18 for 3 hoodys order ref 47949197 paying £6.99 delivery and I am wondering how long I am going to wait for those when I haven't received the first order yet for Hugo joggers order ref 47749110. Please advise Thank you Claire Jackson

Items went missing and they told me it’s basicqlky my own problem and offered me no refund. Would give it 0 stars if possible

The process of returns which you cannot carry out in store is atrocious. Never mind the fact you’d then expect the customer to then pay postage to return it! Ludicrous

The customer service in cruise is diabolical I will never shop in that shop again it’s like a jumble sale the staff are really un helpful and you can never get the size you want I have spent fortunes in that place never again will I spend a penny in there

I don’t normally moan but when I paid for next day delivery and received it 5 days later and informed your customer service team and they made no effort to investigate or maybe speed up the process... I was promised a refund on my delivery charge but still not received it????

Instore return policy is breaking Consumer Rights law. Tried to return faulty goods but the manager insisted that no refund could be offered only a credit note or exchange. The item was brand new with the tags still on but had a stitching fault. The manager then insinuated that the goods where not faulty when sold - wow! Even if it wasn’t faulty when bought, it’s still faulty and I had returned them well within the 30 day period. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives the right to reject something faulty, and be entitled to a full refund. Not in Cruise! Part 2 - As this was a birthday gift, I re-ordered the same item from their online store on the Wednesday night and paid for next day delivery - expected Friday. Didn’t arrive until the Monday. Only after providing proof of the same dress being bought from their online store was I given a “by exception refund” So if you buy something from Cruise be warned no matter what, they will make sure they keep your money.

Order took 6 days to be sent, had to email yourselves back to find out if my order was even provessed and what was actually going on. Clothes came late when I needed them due to “Warehouse being busy” which if I had knew when ordering my clothes I would never have went to yourselves. Disappointed as I am a regular customer.

Paid for next day delivery Last Wednesday and didn’t turn up untill today, was waiting to get through to customer service for over and hour. Was told it would be delivered the next day every time but received 5 days later

I recieved a bag that had no tags on it with a dust bag that was covered in dirty marks and the customer service is just not good enough

The items I received were faulty. I contacted Cruise to request a replacement pair be sent, replies to my emails are very slow, shoes cannot be exchanged in the shop, I am still waiting for a replacement pair to be sent. Will not be shopping at Cruise in future.

Item came was faulty, priced cheaper in the box to what was actually paid for it. Took 3 days to speak with customer service as they send 1 email a day. Finally after it all recieved an email to say it would be collected sat a whole day and bo colletion only to be told it wasnt put through. Totally not acceptable customer service

I highly doubt I will ever use your website again, given the nature of my recent experience with you. All I received from you was an empty plastic bag with my order confirmation attached. Not exactly what you hope to receive when buying a 90£ shirt. Anyways.... Your customer service is currently working on my case, and hopefully they’ll find figure out a way to fix the current State of my experience with you, to the best of both our interests. In case of Andy further inconvience I won’t ever use your site again, nor refer anyone to your site, but warn Them NOT to mane the same mistake i did, when i decided to deal with Cruise fashion, since it’s simple NOT worth the hassle going through all this when simply buying a shirt. Can’t imagine how it’s possible to fail at something as simple AS that.

I was delivered someones else's order. The items and the invoice receipt were under someone else's name but were delivered to me rather than my order. After contacting Crusie fashion I was advised to send the items back (which didn't go smoothly). After returning the order I was told that they have been unable to contact the other person who's order I have received. I was then advised that this mix up is impossible and cruise fashion could not be at fault. Holding my ground and arguing my case, the manager advised that they would do another investigation and I would be contacted within 2 working days (latest by Monday). bearing in mind it has already been over 2 week since my order. It is Thursday and I still haven't had any contact despite calling in twice and being told that the manger would call me shortly. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Being a social media influencer I will be taking this matter to social media as I would not like anyone to go through what I am going through.The order was of £2000+ and has caused me great anxiety trying to chase them up. They have taken the incorrect items back and not given a refund or replacement. The matter still has not been solved ( 3 weeks since the order was delivered) and I am still awaiting an update. So please stay away and do not waste your money.

First of all I bought an item in store, staff were rude and I had to approach them for service. (All standing about talking) Well had to take items back and ended up with store credit. I used this online... said balance (in red) that I had to pay. I proceeded and it took the full amount out my account and not just the remaining balance. I called up and was told I’d be refunded. It never happened!! I called again and still not been refunded!! Shocking service!!!!!
