They charge you for stuff they don’t have in stock and they refuse to answer emails

The image on your website of the product I brought was nothing like what it was in real life. Then I have to pay to return it. Total joke £6 for delivery is way to expensive. So I’ve paid £10 just to see a product in real life and send it back to you. Would make more sense if you just put more accurate pictures on your website?

Item received was wrong colour, bag was ripped upon delivery, item had a rip about an inch long on it. Not happy at all.

Awful customer service. Ordered a pair of shoes, received the wrong colour and they were then sold out. Spoke to someone on the phone from customer service who was beyond rude basically refusing to put a manager on... I have a right to ask for that as a customer. Whole experience from start to finish was disastrous.

I had made an enquiry about my parcel not being delivered and waited a few days, today I called back for an update when I was told it would be a few more days to find out. 10 minutes after that phone call I received an email saying they had sufficient evidence it had been delivered and there’s nothing you can do which is a lie. Quite disgusted you guys didn’t have the decency to do a thorough investigation and just fobbed me off which has left me out of pocket without the outfit I needed for the weekend. Safe to say I won’t be recommending cruise to anyone I know.

Wrong colour item received - waited over a week to receive partners trainers for his birthday on Tuesday and they’re the wrong colour and your customer service centre is only open to 4:30pm. Grrrrr...

They sent wrong colour of jumper out in my order, which only had one item inside it. Cant even get one thing right. First time using the website and I wont be back.

Pay top price for goods to which items are missing when they arrive. Customer care literally couldn’t be any worse. When your paying that kind of price for goods you at least expect to receive them or them to try fix an issue. Get thrown a story then ignored disgraceful.

I thought the service was terrible not putting an address on it so it got sent back then having to wait on refund before reordering by that point sizes are out of stock ! Very bad service won’t be ordering again

Order a item to my local store they said that the item has been rejected by the store and sent back to them which is a first always order things there now having to wait for my refund that was nearly 7 days ago

Not happy with the packaging bought from both cruise & flannels last year for Xmas but this year came in plastic bag!!? Not appropriate when buying from designer store!!
