“I have ordered for a pair Of luxury trainers for the first time from cruise. I have received the delivery within 3 days. Unfortunately I have ordered wrong side therefore I had to return for exchange. Cruise dealt with quickly . I am very happy with the service because they were kept me updated during the process. The only down side is that the they charge me for the delivery also I had to pay for the return. I wish the have provided free return slip. Overall I was happy with the product And service. I definitely recommend.”

“Good product range and my item delivered on advised date. Pleased with item BUT shipping cost (£6.99) very high on £75 item ! For this I would expect NEXT DAY delivery ! If product had been available elsewhere this shipping cost would have been a deal breaker for me.”
