“For the amount the clothes cost and don’t have a returns slip! Shocking promised it would come at 2 came at 5:30 - won’t be doing it again”

“bought a t shirt and payed for next day delivery, item did not come next day but infact came 3 days later due to DPD. I sent an email requesting me money back for my next day delivery as it did not come next day and i am still waiting on an email back.”

“I have received my order and there is an item missing - it is impossible to get someone to answer the phone after making 6 calls and being in queues and then having wait 25 minutes is not acceptable. I am a very good customer but it will put me off ordering again. this is the second time in 2 months I have had the same issue. something not right with quality control/dispatch”

“The jacket is lovely but £6.99 for standard delivery??? Really. Takes the p**s does that. Would shop here often but not willing to pay nearly £7 quid every time I shop.”

“The items I ordered online, didn’t fit, instead of returning my order by post the staff in cruise Glasgow - at their discretion kindly went out their way to swap the items for my dream Valentino shoes that were on sale with a saving of £300..they even hunted down a pair of socks to make up the difference for my exchange.. still smiling :) Thanks Cruise Glasgow!!!”

“Poor feedback this time to be honest. Bought x2 pairs of shoes then got told one pair out of stock after order made and paid. Paid for next day delivery... despite being given the delivery date they didn’t arrive until day after. The pair that arrived were too small so popped into Newcastle branch to try exchange sizes to save time. None in stock at Newcastle so system was checked and was told to go straight to MetroCentre branch where there were x2 pairs in correct size and colour. Made my way to Gateshead... the size and colour was not in stock at all. Big waste of time. Would have expected better from Cruise/ Flannels.”

“I have purchased Kenzo denim shirt for myself as a treat. I ordered size 14 which turned out to be too big for me, so I have decided to purchase smaller size 12. I sent back the bigger size, and got a full refund including postage that I originally paid which was £6.99 I am very impressed with this as I didn't expect the postage that I paid to be refunded as well. I am very happy with smaller size purchased, turned out to be a perfect fit and I will use Cruise online shopping again. Quick delivery, high quality clothes and very fast refund when required. Defenitely recommend it.”

“Ordered 2 items for next day delivery only recieved 1 and wasnt notified about the other. I ordered the items on thursday night for a wedding on the sunday and was left without a jumper which after paying for next day delivery had to then go to hugo boss to get the same one only £50 dearer. To be left in the lurch like that with no explanation is really poor”
