Previous order was a disaster Great Buisness that could be a whole lot better and would make far more profits if got the service right

Bought 3 items from Cruise. Two of the 3 were in great condition but the 3rd which were shoes were horrible. The left was fine but the right looked like it was a tester shoe for people to try in the store. It was stretched , scruffy & scratched in numerous places. I returned the to get a refund as I don’t know if I’ll buy shoes from them again. Also if it was a faulty item why do I have to pay for postage ?? I could understand if I just didn’t like them but you gave me worn/used shoes and I have to waste my time & money again ?? That’s just not right when you’ve just spent £600 on these items!!

Ordered a pair of shoes that were too big paid delivery then had to pay to return them so basically cost me £10 for absolutely nothing. Tried to exchange the shoes for another size, they said they didn’t have it in stock. I seen them the following day and they did had them in stock so paid postage again. I definitely think that when your doing an exchange you should get your postage paid!

Smooth purchase and everything about the sales/items where what I expected. Only issue i had was that I was told my items would be delivery on the tuesday (I got it off work) and they didnt arrive u til the wednesday.

Yous sent out wrong jacket ( £625 ) but charged me £1350 for the Jacket I was supposed to get, tried calling yous for 4 days to be put onto computer and told I was 2and in the que this did not change to 1st or even an answer! Each time I was over 50 mins waiting then the phone would cut off! 4 times this happened I emailed yous no reply! I've sent everything back and finally got someone on the phone yesterday named Dean it also cost me a further £17.70 to send this back to yous, it's the worst service I've ever received from an online shop I spend £2,357 with yous. To say I'm unhappy is an understatement.
