“The last 5 orders I have placed with use have been full of mistakes: - security tags left on jumper - wrong jacket, size and colour sent - wrong trainers sent and size - a damaged hat sent - faulty trainers sent”

“Not good customer service. Ridiculous that people are made to pay for their returns. Most companies don’t charge anymore so Cruise should reflect this. £6.99 standard postage is also very high”

“Took 8 days to arrive! No explanation, had to return as it was ordered for a holiday, which I was on when it arrived. The last time I purchased from them and paid expensive postage they only sent one item, a t-shirt, no explanation why the item I really wanted, the coat didn’t arrive! Poor service”
