“Ordered a suit and all that arrived was the suit jacket no trousers. The jacket too was folded up into a very small bag/parcel which I didn’t feel presented such an item well. Have returned the item and as was sale item assume will not get what I ordered now. Also feel that being out of pocket with postage twice through a mistake made at your side is far from making me feel all warm and fuzzy. Last thing, got email and text advising me item would be delivered the following day but nothing appeared then that evening got another message to advise rescheduled for following day. Thanks”

“DELIVERY CHARGE TOO HIGH, HAD TO ALSO COVER THE COST OF REFUND SO A £40 TSHIRT COST ME AN EXTRA £14 IN POSTAGE AND RETURN. WON'T BE BUYING ONLINE AGAIN”

“Bought a pair of Fendi sliders £245 received and Armani belt £76 which was not deliverd all I got was empty packet . Phoned 4 mins after I opened the empty package and later told they would prosecute anyone trying to obtain goods by deception. Gobsmacked still no belt worst on line experience I have ever had will never use them againor shop in their store .A customer of over 30 years lost for the cost of a belt.”

“Think when you spend £160 on a couple of t-shirts then £6 to have them delivered they deserve to be handled better than just threw in a cheap plastic bag!”
