Received my online order through the post which was presents for my wife’s birthday. She was pleased with them and went to try on the jeans only to discover the security tag was still on the them! Very poor!

Dear Team, Thanks for your invitation to have feedbacks(maybe review) Now,I am a student from the University of Sheffield,and I worked for amazon.cn as a seller parter support (Site:CTU 11,China)last year. I appreciate that Cruise gives me a brilliant shopping experience,and as a result,I have given up to shop from amazon.co.uk. There are several main ideas which i want to suggest for Cruise. Firstly,the tracking system of Cruise is Imperfect ,which means I can not track my passage Whenever i want to. Secondly,as a Consumer ,I can not find a way to contact with Cruise (i do Not know if Cruise has a call center like amazon which you can contact by chat,email or phone call) Finally,I would like to say that"the product details of cruise are bad enough and it should improve." You can compare to EBC System of amazon or below Apps:Taobao and Jingdong which are the two biggest shopping markets of China. I really hope that CRUISE will improve these performances in the APP. PS: I would like to share more advice from a view of customers or Operators . by the way,may I have a discount code ?(I really want to buy a shoes of Alexander Macqueen) hhh Best regards, Hommer Liang(TIANJIAO LIANG)

Returns policy is a disgrace 14 days till processing and another 14 for a refund or replacement what do you do cancel the wedding or buy from elsewhere ?

I really liked the shirt however I paid £7 for delivery and £32 for the T-shirt and it came with a mark on it

I spent £315 on a tshirt. The packaging was awful, as it came in a flimsy plastic bag. Honestly, I expected more. Whether you expect it or not, my advice is just to make the packaging a bit nicer.

Delivery is much slower than used to be, also bad having to pay for delivery & returns, I’ll just go elsewhere in future.

Clothes are the best quality some of the prices for items are quite expensive should have a sale every season give us the consumer the chance to wear top quality items at a reasonable price 🙂

Although all my previous transactions with cruise have been great, I was left disappointed when I found out that 3 of the 4 items I ordered were out of stock. I understand that it must be hard to keep an accurate track of stock but it took longer than I would have liked to be informed that the items were out of stock

The order dispatch and delivery time on all my orders have been amazingly quick. I was so impressed as I’ve heard a few people raise this as an issue but for me 10/10.

After reading some poor reviews of CRUISE it was with some trepidation that I placed an order online for some Jimmy Choo shoes and bag for my wife, for her upcoming birthday. I was therefore pleasantly surprised when the whole transaction and delivery process went smoothly and my wife is now one happy lady - well done CRUISE.

My rate 3 because my order was 4 for day with status processing and don't have any comment why is it... And fainaly I got my order with out BBC joggers... They was canceled with out any comments.
