“I paid next day delivery for my order only to receive it 5 days later and that was with my efforts of calling to complain. Yes they refunded the delivery charge. 1item was to big so returned for refund, 3weeks later still waiting. I’ve emailed, sent proof of return twice, still waiting.... From start to finish, appalling service.”

“Very good service but I purchased some shorts online and the money was taken then to find they didn’t have them in stock.the money was how ever given back to me a few days later.but apart from that I would buy from cruise again.”

“I ordered the Gucci Marmont bag in red. When it arrived, it simply came in a plastic bag with no protection whatsoever. The dust bag which accompanied it was dirty and also had no pull tie to close it. It is very hard to believe that an item costing £1350 is posted in this way. There was no wrapping st all around it to protect the leather which could easily have been scratched. The invoice also came crumpled and as a result I am sending the bag back. Thank you Judith Turkington”

“I ordered a white shirt twice and both times was sent a black one. So I had to pay for next day delivery twice and had to pay to send the items back. So not great service.”

“After ordering a top and paying £7 for delivery, the top took 7 days to arrive and when it did it looked like it had been worn. It was dirty and bits of stuff all over it. I complained and received delivery charge back but complained further due to the top being 2nd hand. they told me I would receive an order refund, so i washed the top and wore it. 2 weeks later asked where my refund was and I was told i was not getting one. I sent several emails and asked for the compliant to be escalated and they would not pass my complaint on to a manger. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE RIP OFF MERCHANTS charging £125 and selling second hand goods.”

“The packaging I received the garment in was poor. I ordered a Blazer and normally something like this comes in a cardboard box but this was delivered in a plastic parcel bag with no other protective paper around the item. Although the item wasn’t damaged it could easily have been. Poor standard but delivered within the time frame.”

“Ordered 2 items so I thought I didn’t mind paying post , only to discover they didn’t have one in stock,I replied to the email saying I would not have ordered one item to pay delivery ,I got no reply customer service poor”
