“I received a rucksack with the security tag still attached and I have contacted both my local cruise store and sports direct but none of them have the capability to take it off ! I was also told that there was no more of the same bag in stock either in warehouse or at one of the stores but I was in the Glasgow store yesterday and they had two of them. I am now on holiday and was wanting to take it with me which unfortunately I couldn't and will now need to return it by post when I return.”

“The size advice on the website was completely inaccurate as I chose my normal size as advised and it was nowhere to fitting. This has cost me £12 in postage with no item to show for it. Not too happy”
