“I purchased a few items in the Belfast store in their recent sale. One item had been priced incorrectly. Once I had paid for the items I questioned the total. The shop assistant was extremely rude in his response. It was almost as if I was stupid for thinking the price tag was correct. I fully understand pricing mistakes can happen but I feel the store should realise the mistake was theirs, not mine! Common courtesy and respect towards customers seems to be absent in the Belfast store....”

“goods were delivered on the date promised but only after they advised they would be 2 days early and then failing to meet this deadline. So got my hopes up initially of an early delivery that could not be met. Nice packaging, goods as detailed and swift processing, all in all good efficient service. quicker than ordering direct with the manufacturer.”
