“Placed an order on Sunday 9th of July 2017 still waiting for my confirmation of my order so sent email to customer service which said they will get back to me within 24/48 hours still wait so will not be shopping on here again :-(”

“Delivery was on time and as quick as it could have been. My gear came in two parcels - one was fine with each of the items in their original manufacturers packaging. The other was a Barbour coat which was not in the original packaging and the parcel could not have been more different for the first one. I was incredulous as to the way it was presented. The coat was not even folded and was just stuffed into the bag. This made the item so creased that I wouldnt have bought it. As it happened the item didn't fit and I had to return it in exchange for another size but it's state was so bad that I feared you would accuse ,e of mishandling it.”
