“Love the shoes I bought !! Only downside is I think there should be more delivery options, even maybe click and collect. Wasn’t too bad though as I could a 20% off code for my birthday ! Thank you for that”

“Overpriced clothing. An item I bought was 30 pounds cheaper two days later. Cheap and tacky packaging with exorbitant delivery fees. Gave me the wrong date for arrival and then didn’t reply to my email when I Enquiried why. Disappointed.”

“I have ordered from Cruise previously and order always arrives on time and clothes are of excellent quality. The only reason I give 3 stars is that my order this time was for over £500 and I still had to pay a delivery charge of £6.99 which I feel is a bit much considering the amount I have spent.”
