“Paid for next day delivery, didn’t come until 5 days later. Reason it was late because the postage label was wrong! Nothing been said from Cruise”

“It was really disappointing when I saw that the bag has scratches, I gave it as a gift so it was ok but I will consider more for future when I am going to by for myself. Also I have to pay for return always , not happy at all.”

“Quality product however I spent £75 on a Tshirt to then have to pay £6.99 delivery even to local pick up rip off if I had more time I would of went else where !!! Most places do free delivery over £50 or £2.99 !! Has really put me off shopping with you again!!”
