“Bought a stone island jacket for sons Christmas, was given a £50 off voucher to use of another item. Used voucher to order a t shirt online with no problems what’s so ever and t shirt was delivered a few days later. Would recommend cruise.”

“Why is it I can get a refund if I order online, but I can't if I buy in the store? It seems like an arbitrary way of making sure you get to keep customers money. I can go to any other shop and get a refund. Not happy.”
