“I buy a lot from Cruise however as a regular customer , there should be better rates for international shipping. I pay every time I order to get merchandise to my California address. Wish I would at least get a discounted rate occasionally and make some saving on shipping costs as sometimes I decide not to order as the cost of item doesn't merit the shipping. Thanks”

“The service from Cruise has been absolutely fine. I do think the postage is overpriced. The negative comments really come with the courier service. DPD were due to deliver my parcel on Friday last week. We are not on Wednesday & the parcel has still not arrived. I got an email from Cruise last week to advise that the parcel had been collected by the Courier, however, DPD stated they had not collected the parcel until yesterday. Given the price of postage, and the fact I do not yet have the parcel. I do not feel the service has been very good.”

“Spent £232 online and at no point did it tell me that if I spent a further £18 I would receive a free £50 voucher! Felt that was bad customer information and service!”

“Good service, fast postage, however £7.00 is very expensive for postage. There should be a collect from store option that is free or mimimum charge. I would buy more if the delivery wasn’t as expensive.”
