“My order was 1 week late and the courier did not deliver item to drop off as per my request. DPD decided to send my parcel back to Cruise after me contacting DPD and Cruise Customer Services. I was given a refund and I called Cus services but was advised that they couldn't help and I had to order the item again. Second time around so received the item the next day. Well done Cruise!”

“Bought a stone island jacket for sons Christmas, was given a £50 off voucher to use of another item. Used voucher to order a t shirt online with no problems what’s so ever and t shirt was delivered a few days later. Would recommend cruise.”
