“I'm happy Cruise does fast delivery,I ordered two Ugg boots,one pair of scarch marks faulty on,and if return it we need to pay for return charge which cost a lot with a pair of boots..so I decide not exchange it....”

“I went in to Aberdeen shop to buy my son a stone island jumper it was white and had a mark on it, the person said there was none in stock and I could not order one to the shop!! I had to get it online, and there is no click collect either so they wanted another £5 on top for delivery this is a joke as if the clothes are not exspenceve enough”
