“I was sent the wrong colour of item then very disappointed to discover the Ingram street shop unlike most other high street shops, doesn't accept online returns, as a very regular cruise shopper this was my 2nd worst experience with the store”

“I ordered a Kenzo t shirt but when it came it had a whole on sleeve. So after paying £5.99 for delivery I then had to pay a further £3.40 to send it back.”

“I have not received my delivery. The package appears to have been delivered to the wrong address. The delivery company are trying to place the burden of chasing this up back on to me. Saying I have to contact Sports Direct. I would expect the delivery company to do this. I have now paid for goods I have not received and the delivery company are doing nothing about this!”

“Very good easy shopping experience done online, although only thing that made me buy the products was the discount code, its good to be a valued customer and I have been over the years in the Glasgow store amd be rewarded by this although more discounts rewarded monthly/third monthly would be good and cheaper delivery cost although very happy with such nice clothes and good service”
