“I think the fact you charge for delivery then require the customer to pay for return is poor. There is no option to return to a local store. As a result of a recent experience where I was charged delivery for almost £500 of clothes and now need to pay £18.00 to return has made my decision not to purchase again from Cruise on line”

“Ordered a pair of men's joggers for my son ended up being Armani underwear, disappointed as not listed correctly in web and no instructions to contact cruise, no receipt in order either. Very expensive underwear for an 11year old Disappointed as my son used his Xmas money”
