“Order didn't arrive, then no record of order, when it did arrive it was the smallest large tee shirt I've seen so had to return it. Wouldn't risk an online order again.”

“Delivery times are shorter now which is lovely. However it is a shame that you must pay both for delivery and return. Most designer websites expect you to pay once or none st all (depending on the value)”

“I am totally disgusted with cruise. I purchased Jimmy Choo shoes for my wedding. I paid £425. When I got them they were damaged and had a sale sticker on the bottom for £298. I phoned customer care. Waiting 30mins. To be told to send email with damage. 2days later no reply. No apologies nothing plus you are selling the shoes in ur outlet shop for £298. And I’ve paid 425 for a damaged pair. I am going to trade and standers. I get married in a week and now don’t have shoes. I’ve sent 6 emails to customer care. And nothing!!!”

“kept up to date about the progress of my order and the delivery of the order. Order was delivered when they said it would and left with a neighbour as instructed I wish more firms could be as efficient. Very impressed with the packaging.”
